Great location, near every attraction and shopping center in McAllen. Comfortable bed and good shower. The people in the hotel is very polite and client focused.

I was once a great hotel with a great buffet breakfast, now it serves no breakfast.

it is super close to the plaza mall, it is very easy to get there (literally just walking), besides that it is very close to a lot of other big stores and restaurants.

honestly it is exactly what you see in the pictures so i cant complain, great stay for quick trips.

The location is really good, it is 3 minutes from the airport, 1 minute walk from IHOP, in front of McDonald's, 5 minutes from Walmart and Target! I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect for a short stay.

Mattress was pretty comfortable, but we had some trouble with the pillows. AC is a little loud. Room smelled like they had been previously smoking there.

Great location for major shopping mall and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and had a great night's sleep.

External door near public car park. Room on the small side but fine for a weekend break.

Carolina at the desk was more than helpful. Very nice and answered all my questions.

Kinda looks outdated. Does not have a place to charge cell phones without charger cube. Most hotels I've stayed in have USB plugs and doesn't require 110 plug

the front and side parking is hard to park, due to the PNC bank is next door. Taking most of handicaps parking

The mattress is beyond comfortable, slept like a baby

They don’t offer breakfast, but thats the only thing i feel that bothered me

Location, staff, pool etc. I stay here whenever in town but don't book just with Bookings

No quarters for laundry and the dryer needs to be replaced
