I love the facility and the manager Rosa she's very helpful with all customers and make them feel welcomed and whatever you need she will do her very best to assist you. My family will definitely be back and won't go anywhere else.

There's nothing that I can say that I did not like everything was good.

I'm not from here but this hotel made me feel welcomed & comfortable. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back here to stay. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This hotel is like my second home. Keep up the great work & hospitality.

Just wish the hot water got a little bit hotter but other than that theirs nothing else I didn't dislike.

Thank you for being so great to my employees! It was their first time coming to the US for some of them, and we had a major hiccup with transportation. You guys were amazing and so helpful. And made them feel safe and comfortable. I cannot thank you enough.

location was good. no breakfast. no ice machine/ disappointing. beds were comfy. room was clean. microware and refridge worked good.

They charge you $10 more for a downstairs room. they tell you when you get there, no ice machine

We had to ask for another towel. We were 2 people and there's only one towel. We did not know we had to plug the TV on. Then, towards the end of our stay, the toilet began to not flush well. We had to ask for a plunger that did not work well. It must have been a very old black plunger.

Words just can't explain how amazing & great this place is & make you feel safe & secure. If ratings were stars I would give them a million stars.

The staff is very well organized & very friendly they keep the parking lot & staircases clean. They truly do care about their customers.

price and location. An stripes is beside the hotel, so you have a very good option to buy food and beverage.

The room has infestation. The bathroom door frame made from wood is getting in and getting out little bugs or roaches.
