The staff was very friendly, the breakfast bar was great, simple but everything was delicious. I appreciated that even on Thanksgiving, the breakfast bar was available. The bathroom was nice, the water pressure was great, and the tub was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel's location is very convenient.

There was a weird smell in the room, and a couple of days later, we figured out it was that the previous guest had something explode in the microwave and they had just left it, I guess they didn't notify the staff, and they didn't notice or clean it before we got there so, we had to clean it when we wanted to use the microwave, but that was the only negative.

That I paid online, then when I arrive at front desk they charge an extra 39.00 when I paid they Withdrew $the same night charge of around $76. Then they said they will reimburse me in five days, when I called to tell them later that day for me to check out the lady told me it would take 5 to 10 days for the money to come back to me. The screen was blank when I swipe the card I couldn’t see how much they were charging. Because of this I will come Back to this place and I use to always stop at this location many years ago when it was under a different name.

I ate very little of the breakfast, as I was working early. The entire place was clean and check-in was easy. We arrived just a couple of minutes after earliest check in time and they found us a room on the first floor for ease of entry and exit.

The room was a little cool and we had to actually turn on the heat.

Mgr was very nice and provided the information like my receipt and fixed the issue for me. I like that he went the extra step to provide great customer service. 👏

They didn't have our room ready. Then when they said it was ready it wasn't Then they didn't tell us we could check in at 2pm if we had a reservation. When I called and told them I had a reservation they told we couldn't check in until 3pm then when we did it took them long time to check us in. It seemed they didn't know what to do. It took three persons to finally figure it out. It was frustrating. Never again will I stay there..

The room and the location were excellent

The breakfast and the área is so little and there’s a lot of people for that tiny space and also there is no variety on the breakfast itself.

Breakfast area was nice.

We are around 7 am and selection was limited. Most trays were empty. The hot water dispenser was difficult to locate.

Morning breakfast was a chaos small accommodations for alot of us in the breakfast hours the hotel should consider extending hours so we don't cram each other and stand-up to eat our breakfast

Very comfortable and the personal experience was good. All the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also good and with variety. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

The shampoos are very small.

Everything was exceptional. Nice breakfast with 2 options of eggs & sausage. Cleanliness was great.

TV lacked a lot of channels, didn't even have the basic CBS, NBC. The ice machine made very little ice on first floor. Had to go to third floor a lot of times.
