I loved the space one room has ! It was super clean ! Great staff especially to the young man with the glasses super friendly and understanding. I was running late for check in called and he understood completely told me to take my time “no worries” it yea over all 10/10

The beds were kind of hard but still comfy though just when I went to bounce on it there was no bounce and my lower backed popped. Next morning thoug I felt great my back needed that !

Everything would have been nice if it had breakfast but other than that it was excellent..they cleaned the room when we asked them to & gave us clean towels as needed. We got our $100 deposit the same day we moved out. This hotel was great with us... we recommend it wholeheartedly.

Larger room. Located within walking distance to good restaurants. Staff was very helpful. We had an issue with the WiFi in our first room and the moved us immediately to a room that it worked fine.

If you don't reserve with anticipation, the price is too much, you need to reserve with time, not the same day or the price will double or triple and it wasn't for availability, they have available lots of rooms...

This is a great hotel if you are looking for good value for money. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean. Shower was hot and powerful. The welcome was warm even though I arrived in the middle of the night because of delayed flights.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Pillows could have been better.

$100 deposit hold on my credit card was too high. I was advised it would take several business days to have the money returned. I was offered a second choice of letting them hold my drivers license instead. Never had that happen before. So i drove to dinner without my license.

I liked that when oyo had accommodated us for booking .com to go through the system and oyo stayed and helped us till it went through

I liked all of it there wasn’t a thing I didn’t like the late night staff was amazing and worked 100% to get us properly booked in and I thank them.

Location and attendant , were good. Nesr restaurants , and 5 min from down town McAllen

The best clean room n excellent staff best house keepers n what else can I say the facility is spotless high thumps up keep it the same u'll be seeing me everyday i need a room. Thanks for best hospitality.

The remote for the TV didn't work and the staff didn't have replacement that worked , the parking was a big miss , with people blocking you in at all hours of the day
