Best location and really nice interiors. It felt very clean and sophisticated. Room was pretty spacious and had comfortable bedding. Check in was a breeze.

Bathroom has a very pungent plastic smell when we first got there. Breakfast was okay. But the really sucky part was that out alarm went off at 6:00 am (very loudly I might add) and woke everyone up (and we were very very tired) apparently they didn’t verify and someone left the alarm set for 6:00 am it was the worst. Also, they’d told us that we could go get our bags outta the room at 12:30 pm latest and they had already deactivated our keys at 12:00 pm.

It was okay and good price

The night older security guard was so rude and the night desk man was too they follow you around even to the lobby restroom. Literally inside and stood next to my husband while he used the facility. We sat in the front bench and the security kept looking at his watch trying to hurry us up as if we had a bed time curfew.

Pool was lovely. Good gym with video treadmills, very clean , right across the road from La Plaza mall, friendly staff at check in.

We were kept up by neighbouring noise which was frustrating on one night . Breakfast choices are limited . . Airport shuttles not available between 0600-0800

It has good location if interested in being close to the Mall of McAllen.

When I arrived to the breakfast area, some of the food recipients were empty, so I could not see what they really offer for breakfast. This is not a big deal but just a comment: It was not easy to get there using Google maps because the hotel is not in a main street but a kind of interior block. Breakfast could be better.

Breakfast was wonderful! Shuttle service was wonderful! Made my stay 100% Beds were a little bit on the rough side, but literally everything else was wonderful. Thank you guys

Mattress was rough

Breakfast was great except they served mexican style breakfast which was great but a few people were asking for tortillas. Property was great nice pool and workout area

No drinking water at breakfast area

Loved the location. Loved the breakfast in the morning and that it had a indoor and outdoor pool but it’s not heated inside wish it would have been since it was a little cold out kids didn’t get to enjoy it.

The not warmed pool. Everything else was awesome. Definitely will stay again.

The breakfast was great our room was a suite so it was super comfortable for our family right next to the pool with our own private entrance and lil patio LOCATION LOCATION IS EVERYTHING AND THIS PLACE IS RIGHT IN THE MIX OF EVERYTHING ITS CLOSE TO IT ALL

The hospitality, breakfast and the indoor and outdoor pool was great.

Had some issues with turning the TV on but advised the front desk and the issue was resolved quickly. Trying to reach the front desk operator in the evening several times with no success or answer. The swimming pool had small round and orange fruit balls inside from the palm trees

The room was very spacious and clean. We also got good pricing on it

The air conditioning would stay off for long intervals, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable for a bit until it came back on to cool things off again.
