First time staying at a Tru hotel and we loved it. Super spacious and clean. No smells from the carpets in the hallway a plus and no carpet in our room was great.

Everything was great except if anything just part of the breakfast. My daughter is a picky eater and likes her eggs plain. They had some jalapeno n tomato mixed omelettes which were not bad but kid friendly eggs would be a good idea. They did check to see if they had plain egg but they were out.

Great location, parking and facility. We liked the fact it doesn't have any carpet in the rooms.No pool, excellent air conditioning for this hot days. Very clean and good size of rooms. A good variety of food to pick out for Breakfast. Quite a bit of choices to eat and shop around there. Very well lit and safe area to stay in. We were there 3 days and didn't have a problem. We'll definitely stay there again.

It not having a pool especially for people that stay a little longer. We had 3 rooms with 3 small grandkids that were kind of upset cause of there being no pool. Other than that no complains.

The rooms were comfortable and the location. Very clean.

Lacking towels, and quilts. The breakfast was horrible. We stayed there and their breakfast was great. This time the really slacked off. The front staff was very arrogant and not helpful at all. It seem to bother them if you asked what housekeeping didn't leave in the room in the first place. We had to change rooms cause the air conditioning was really extremely loud in the room. Both rooms didn't have towels I don't know if they had a shortage of them or what.

This location was extremely clean in all areas, from the hobby to the workout room, and the room itself. Well maintained inside and out. Nice little areas for pets too, with the necessities to clean up too. Location is great as it's convenient to many restaurants, without too much traffic. The only knock I have is that I prefer waffles to pancakes. Breakfast was still satisfying regardless. :D

The staff was not present or took too long to come to the front desk in the later hours of the day and the floor I stayed on was very noisy. Children were left to run around up and down the hall unsupervised. There was no staff or security present to do anything about it.

Being the first time staying at this hotel, it exceeded my expectations of quality and comfort. Entering the facility, I was welcomed by very friendly staff, accompanied by a fascinating lobby and lounge area. The room was awesome, consisting of a super comfortable bed, clean and functional restroom, and overall high quality components to ensure a great stay. I would definitely return to this hotel not only in this city, but Tru by Hilton will definitely be in my recommendations for everyone looking for a comfortable 10/10 stay.

The first room we were assigned didn’t have working a/c. We were then switched rooms because the maintenance man was already gone for the day.

I have stayed a couple of times here because the staff makes you feel at home. This was my kids first time staying here and loved that it was cleaned. They want to continue making a reservation for the next time traveling to Edinburgh. Thank you front staff for the extra items we ask with no problems getting it. Thank you!!!

I liked the fact the location was nearby some shopping and dining places. Really enjoyed that, plus the facility itself was very clean and cozy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

What I did not like was how long the housekeepers took a while to restock on towels for my room. Other than that everything was good.
