Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed. Free shuttle service from airport to hotel. Great value for money. Desk Team speak English and are very polite

The shuttle service is not 24 hrs. Room service team doesn't speak English, but it is not big issue for me. No coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is well situated for Guarulhos airport. Sadly the bus shuttles are hourly so we missed one by 5 minutes and did not want to wait so took a cab. We were given a fantastic room on 26th floor which had super views of the city. The restaurant was good and we had very good meals there with the addition of a caipirinha or two! The hotel was safe and allowed us to walk for mo0st of the first morning. The self-service area for snacks and drinks was excellent.

The pool was very small and disappointing. It's a busy hotel and only 2 clerks at the front desk meant long waits to check in or out or speak to anyone. The hotel would benefit from extra staff at reception.

Breakfast was good. Travel to and from airport was excellent. Location very good. Cleanliness. Appreciate the fact that we could be accomodated to stay longer until 5pm as flight departed that late, even though at an additional costs, after it was originally confirmed that it would not come at an additional cost. (At the end still very greatfull)

Dinner (buffet) was average. (Would have preferred a better meat selection.) Sauna was not switched on. Basin warm water tap in bathroom was not working effectively.

The service of shuttle is very good with loads of space on the bus, several working hours which makes good when you have an early flight. Very comfy and clean rooms and good location too, near to several amenities and good places to eat.

The shower wasn't that good, so that's a point that could be improved, also they don't have families rooms, we had to take two rooms because they didnt had an option of a room for 2 adults, a child and a baby so I expect in the future they will have a family room.

We came from the airport. The hotel was wonderful, exceeded our expectations. The restaurant on the 1st floor was open when we arrived at 21h00. The service and Buffet was excellent. The room was immaculate, everything very clean. The breakfast (which was included) was wonderful. Beautifully decorated restaurant with fresh flowers on the table. I highly recommend this hotel if you needto be close to the airport, arriving or departing. 15 minutes from GRU.

The building is very nice, location is good, close to airport.

The staff could be more helpful, for example: there was different information about the shuttle hours to the airport. The printed schedule of the shuttle on the services guest was wrong (as per the receptionist). My luggage got damaged on the way to the airport, the driver wasn’t there to help me getting the luggage inside the bus.

The room is big enough for two persons. The breakfast is good and also the dinner at Hotel restaurant!

Staffs at restaurant do not speak/understand English . Simple English words will improve a lot. Hotel shuttle bus station at airport should indicate more clearly, it took us long time to find it, because almost all persons don’t speak English!

The shuttle van does not depart from the exact place they mentioned, it goes near the buses. If you do not keep moving around to search for it all the time, they will leave you as the driver does not call the name of the hotel before leaving (some drivers that park there do it), and you will end up waiting another extra hour there (that is what happened to me).

Nice property, very well located. It has a very convenient shuttle, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Some of the restaurant staff during the day shift was not very kind. Some people seem to be there working for obligation. It didn’t feel very welcoming. But the staff at dinner time was great.

Easy and efficient check in/out. Staff are generally professional and polite. Front desk staff seemed like the only ones who could converse in English. Getting the shuttle bus from the airport was not complicated. In Terminal 2, take the escalator, between check in areas D and E, down to the ground floor and exit the terminal building. Across the road you will see the parking area for shuttle busses. Wait for the bus and keep an eye out for the bus with the name of the hotel on it. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Lovely breakfast options were available and should be enough to fill one up. The pool, jacuzzi and gym are on the 27th floor. It has a sort of relaxing feel to it with great views. Stayed in room 2005. Generally the property is clean albeit dated. Convenience stores are located about 5 minutes walk from the property. The vibey Poli shopping area is about 12 minutes walk away. Overall, the property offers great value for money.
