We loved staying at Nacpan Beach resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful from attending to our general needs, spa, dining and all other needs. The receptoon desk ladies were very nice and helpful shoutout to Mikai, Hanna and Lou!! they were very helpful and welcoming. Also Aira and Lee-an from the restaurant. Good people! Our highlight in the stay is the food and the spa! they make very good Filipino dishes, and if you aren’t hungry their pizza is made from a wood fired oven. For the spa, we prefer using the resort’s as its equipped with AC. We stayed beachfront, its not hard to find a spot. Sunset view by the beach is unbeatable. Nacpan is the best place. I wish we had more time but will be back! - this place is highly recommended for families

not the resort itself - but distance could be hard for adventurous groups! We did tours so this wasn’t a problem for a few days and one day in the resort is amazing

Review: 10/10 – Absolute Dream Hotel We’ve now stayed at this dream hotel for the third time, and we would come back anytime. Everything was simply perfect. A special thanks goes to Henry, the owner, who took the time to personally check in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction – a truly personal touch that we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Housekeeping came every day, and our room looked like new afterward each time. The restaurant also deserves a 10/10 – the food always arrived promptly, and any special requests were handled with ease. Absolutely fantastic! Nacpan Beach is located right next to the hotel, and it’s absolutely stunning – a must-see! Another highlight was the complimentary massage we were offered due to our longer stay – such a thoughtful gesture! The staff really went above and beyond to fulfill every single one of our wishes, no matter what it was. An unforgettable experience was witnessing the release of baby sea turtles. The hotel has a hatchery for baby turtle eggs, and we had the chance to see the little turtles being released at the beach during our stay. It was a magical moment and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next stay – it remains our absolute dream hotel!

For those who just want to relax on the beach, but not completely isolated on the island. There are a few bars nearby (like the Mad Monkey Hostel). But it's more of a couple (or family) experience. I still enjoyed it (travelling alone). They will help you organise tours (but they mostly start in el nido which is 40min away and transit costs extra). Hannah will be happy to help you with anything (absolutely GOAT btw). Staff are generally very friendly. Rooms are modern and clean.

Not all rooms feature a great view as in the pictures. The prices are high. there can be short electric outages. No guests in rooms allowed. a bit too far from El Nido no desk where you can work remote in the rooms.

The beach at Nacpan Beach Resort is absolutely breathtaking—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable sunsets. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a balcony that opened up to a stunning ocean view. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight—we enjoyed it while looking out over the beach and the waves. It felt like the perfect start to each day. This is what life should feel like. Truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Nacpan Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen, with white sand, palm trees, clear water and stunning sunsets. We loved spending time there. For us, Nacpan Beach Resort has been the perfect hotel to enjoy this exceptional spot. We had a spacious, clean room with a breathtaking ocean view and a spacious nice bathroom. We missed a closet but the hotel is still quite new and we were told the closets are on their way… The whole team was very kind and attentive. Everybody seemed committed to ensure we had a wonderful time. The frontdesk team - Sheryl, Alvin and PJ - was helping us with every question. They also helped us organize transport and tours. There was a shared shuttle to El Nido, so it was no problem (40 minutes) to get there. Close to the hotel, right at the beach, is Sunmai Restaurant. It‘s a cool restaurant with delicious food and mango shakes. They served great breakfast, too. The service team was always friendly and in a good mood. And if you like to get an excellent massage, we can highly recommend the resort’s integrated spa. Before our arrival, Nacpan Beach Resort send some helpful advice: The road to the hotel is very bumpy in rainy season. And in this region there can be annoying sand flies on the beach. So make sure you take insect repellent with you. As at the moment, you need cash at Nacpan Beach Resort in order to pay for tours or transport. It was good to see that they are about to install an ATM.

We had booked 4 nights at the Nacpan Beach Resort and spontaneously extended it because we liked it so much. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted with musselleis and a welcome drink. Hannah, the receptionist, organized an upgrade in an friendly, uncomplicated and professional manner and housekeeping decorated the room beautifully. everyone was super friendly and welcoming. whether Leo and the beach boys or in the restaurant. Every single cappuccino was decorated with a heart. Thanks to Rovy, Jane, krystel, arlehe, riza, cris, jacky and alex. Even the receptionists from clamping Jomore (Name?) and Justin always offered their support. Since I don't know everyone's names, we would like to thank the entire team for making our stay a very pleasant one. Of course I would also like to mention the general manager, who gave me a special citronella to combat the sand fleas - thank you very much.

Unfortunately there has a Special Festival for two days in the nearby area, so Quite noisy

One of the best hotels we’ve been to in the Philippines. It was my boyfriend’s first time visiting the country and he literally fell in love with the place as much as I did. Beautiful beach, friendly staff, and delicious meals!! Special thanks to Ate Imirose & Ate Mayet for tidying our room up every day; Kuya Ronald & Kuya Melvin for being helpful with our luggage; Sir Rodel from Sunmai for great service and hospitality; and all the other staff whom I forgot to note down names of. I’ll miss the cute doggos at the beach, too. Hope to come again (and hopefully see sea turtles next time).

The hotel is exceptional since its very new. I love the structure and how they convey minimalist style. The room is big and very spacious. Good furnitures as well (sorry I dont have photo). Though they're missing closet and the shower head is very small for the shower area given of the high ceiling. It still understandable given that the hotel is very new. The staff are very accommodating and their service is exceptional. Kudos to their front desk, Sherry and Alvin as well as with their supervisor PJ. I so love how they arranged the birthday surprise for my partner. The price might be high compare to other resort but definitely worth the value of what I paid for. The room, the place and service are all worth it 😊 The food in Sunmai is also delicious and shout out to Chef Roxas who served us off menu chicken tinola when we were craving for viand with soup. As for the beach, we love the ambiance, very quite and very relaxing. We'll definitely come back 😊

The road going to the place. I hope the local government help the resort owners fix the road. It will definitely help attract more tourists.

Nacpan Beach Resort has a lot going for it with friendly staff, a stunning location, and modern, spacious rooms. With a few adjustments, this place could truly live up to its potential.

However, the experience fell short in several areas. The rough road to the resort is challenging and feels unsafe, especially on a moped. Loud, nonstop music from early morning until late on the beach made it impossible to enjoy the natural sounds, which was disappointing in such a beautiful setting. While the resort charges luxury prices, some services missed the mark—two of my massages were interrupted by the therapist taking phone calls, and the breakfast choices were quite poor. Also it would have been nice to be notified in advance of the construction site between the resort and the beach, it was very loud and could be heard from both the beach and the massage room.
