This was the best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. From the super friendly and helpful staff, to the location, amenities, cleanliness. From the moment you go there the staff will welcome you in a very heartwarming way. The beach which is 1min walk from the hotel is one of the most beautiful and peaceful ones.

The place is clean and aesthetically pleasant. The food options are great.

The resort didn’t have proper contact number to call to. Tried to call the number registered on the app but it’s not working. Also, it seemed that the bookings made thru the app are last prioritized - we were 4 couples who booked at the hotel. I booked first thru booking.com and the other 3 booked thru their website directly. During check in I was told the hotel is booked hence I was moved to their other hotel.

Location is great, right on the beach. The area is quiet but with everything needed around the hotel (good restaurants, bars, drug store, ATM). Staff is great, very polite and arranging. Front desk helped us to rent motorbikes by having them delivered to the hotel.

Room could be slightly more clean, the floor in particular that didn’t seem to be properly vacuumed. Plumbery issue one day with no hot water. The issue was very quickly fixed after we reported it and hotel offered us a free transfer to our next hotel in town (300 php) to compensate.

The tropical architecture, cleanliness, the staff were excellent. The complimentary activities were awesome! We had a great time and will make sure to visit again.

Breakfast was limited and pricey

Good location. Breakfast was delicious regardless of the large selection. Wifi works fine.

The climate was a bit smelly and there was mold on it. It would be worth cleaning them more often. The staff was often not there at the reception, so the check-out was not easy either, as the lady was not there at the agreed time and I immediately informed her of the early check-out. Because of this, we almost missed the plane but with the help of the guard we finally managed to solve the problem.

A bit far from the port but the Lio Beach itself is enough for us to keep staying there. There're a few restaurants in the same area too. The room is clean. Does not have a swimming pool in this hotel, will not recommend it if you have kids. The hotel can arrange airport pickup and that's convenient!

The shower will always be big and small water if shower with hot water. The breakfast buffet is served with minimal food, but that's ok.

The staff were very accommodating when I wasn't well from something we eat or drink. They send a doctor to our room to attend to me.

I think it would be better if the restaurant downstairs is open so that we don't have to go to the other hotel for breakfast

Staffs were very accommodating and very polite. Location is the best, beachfront and very private. We’ll definitely come back.
