The staff, and the view, are amazing. We arrived at El Nido at 5:00 in the early morning, the staff was constantly coordinating with us, gave us all the information on what to expect about the terrain and location, and made sure our van service and check-in would be smooth. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Neil who we think is exceptional. Neil warmly greeted us and made us instantly feel at home, not to mention the owner made a special meal for us which made one of our meals extra special Grateful for all your hard work in making our stay relaxing and memorable.

None that we can think of

A stunning location. A quiet and peaceful resort that offers and intimate and personal stay. The staff are exceptional and ensure they can do anything for you. Including cooking and making items not on the menu. Exceptional chefs and cooks. Amazing cocktails, shakes and juice all made fresh when you order using fresh fruit. All the staff were amazing. The view is stunning, beautiful sunsets from the infinity pool or from your room. Highly recommend, it's a short time, scooter or drive from El Nido centre but that's a good thing - spend the days and nights out and about and then escape the hustle and bustle and actually relax, unwind and enjoy he peace and serenity and views which you don't get if you stay at any of the other resorts and hotels that area in the town area.

We liked everything, the access road is being redone soon. That's the only tricky part to get up the hill but we managed, 3 people on a 125cc scooter! They also offer a driver that will take you up and down for free and also drive you any where you want in a private 4WD for a relatively small fee.

The views were stunning and our room was super comfortable! Food for breakfast was lovely and happy hour cocktails also delicious! There have been lots of reviews stating location is really bad, but in fact we had a scooter and it was super easy to get around….to lio beach or el nido and we did lots of day trips to napcan and surrounding areas! There are also tricycles at the bottom of the steep hill that cost 150 PHP to get into town so we thought it was perfect! It’s also great as there aren’t many rooms so it feels super quiet and unspoilt

Everything was amazing, it is in the forest with an amazing view to the sea. Drinks and food there is good, vibe is super chill and its far from the noise so you can relax.

Before we arrived we read few bad reviews, honestly it is absolutely normal to have some small animals or insect around - it is the forest, what would you expect?:D Btw rooms were clean and AC was working all the time, no issues with that. No insect or anything inside, staff was super nice to us. We loved everything about this hotel, so far it was the best we had in Philippines, only you should have a motorbike to get there. If you're not a princess stressing out about every small lizard, you'll feel like in heaven.

Property is on the top of the hill which gives you the view and solitude, I specially loved that there’s only 5 rooms so 90% of the times, it’s all private to us. The finishings of the resort gives that luxurious feeling. Staff were AMAZING, they go beyond their duties, always with a smile on their face and tried to help us more than onces (we were injured in a previous island), they even offered to help me do my luggage which I think is super sweet. They also ask you for breakfast options the day before to have it ready when you tell them to. I think service wise/staff they are 13/10

Food is ok with improvements to make, they will get there as staff is amazing. I think what’s really necessary is to offer service water to the guests to avoid plastic bottles as much as possible. The message about shuttle costs should be evident on the booking page so people are clear about it since the beginning. Also they have a weird playlist of 10 edm and pop songs that they blast all day in their resto-bar swimming pool. We’ve asked them to put the volume lower to have breakfast which staff was attentive enough to the same the next day. What I meant here is to maybe create different playlists depending the time of the day to create a mood, you don’t want the same music in the morning and whilst the happy hours.

It was quite secluded but still a short drive or tuktuk from the main city. The staff went above and beyond. The views were something out of a movie. It was splendid. We were almost detered by reviews regarding the wifi issue, but you're in a remote part of the country so that is expected.

The drive/walk up to the accommodation is quite steep and not very built-up. If you are walking up from a tuktuk, make sure you are well hydrated.

The view was amazing and the interior really beautiful, the atmosphere was super relaxing and healing but the asset of the resort was the staff, specially Neil who was really attentive and kind, you could tell they really pay attention to detail as one morning for breakfast we asked for extra milk and the next day we didn't have to ask again as we were given extra milk already.

The access, it's hard as the hill is still under construction.

Loved the place, the room was like the pictures. Secluded location but still very well connected to the center with tuktuks or bike. Very welcoming staff.

Transportation price offered by the hotel are way to expensive for the Philippines. Also the free shuttle is misleading as it is only between certain hours. Happened to learn about this 24h before my arrival which was stressful for nothing.

The place is stunning and far from the crazy el nido town… this is the place you want to stay to enjoy the silence and a beautiful view. We were scared about the road that brings up but honestly we have done it with the scooter, which we have rented thanks to the advice of another guest who has posted here the number of this rental guy (Joh). The guy can bring you there the scooter and the problem of being a bit far and with this difficult road is done. The staff was absolutely great, they are nice and kind and always at your service. I will come back!

If your looking for a bit of seclusion with a great view, accommodating staff, this is a great place to stay. The pool was all access 24 hour. It’s a home away from home.

There was nothing I didn’t like, the only thing that was disappointing at first was that there was no Wi-Fi in the room, but it’s really nice to not look down at your phone had to go and sit and look at the view and spend time with family.
