It was very welcoming and pleasant exactly the reception you can expect from a 1st Class establishment. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly

They only thing is that the yard outside could do with a tidy up, there was stuff laying around that could either be removed or packed tidily it gave the place a bit of a neglected look to it.

The staff were amazing! Friendly! Respectful! Very helpful! Kind! Loved the fridge for keeping some milk in. Plenty of coffee n tea for the room. Lovely clean towels every day.

The basin was clean but needed a scrub with a brush around the plug area. The shower floor was stained but clean.

Reception was an absolute pleasure. Welcoming and super quick. Booked with them and when we arrived within 5 minutes everything was ready wow you guys rock. Will book at this place anything. Yes it does need a little maintenance but I slept like a baby

I loved it all

The unit was cozy and clean. We were able to walk to the restaurant for our dinner. The staff were cheerful and friendly. They went that extra bit to sort out our breakfast to go as we had an early start the next day. We highly recommend Horseshoe Inn!

There was a bit of noise from customers leaving the restaurant a bit late, but not unbearable.

Quietness, the male care taker who escourted me to the room was very friendly also He helped me to carry my laggage. Receptionist also had warm welcome. Keep it up team.

Room was full of hairs on the floor, also headboard was not cleaned something spilled on headboard it was full of maps.

The room and is well maintained. the staff and receptionist were very helpful. the place is well placed near the mall and lots of shops which is a working distance from all your needs. I won't mind visiting the Horeshoe Inn again.

rooms are very comfortable and value for money. easy access to the garage and walking distance from the mall.

The room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The breakfast was well presented, tasty and the verity splendid. The bed was very comfortable and the linen crispy clean.

Food was very satisfied aswell as the price. Bed was great...slept well but the facilities like koffee station in room and toiletries were none.

I always stay at the Horseshoe Inn as it is very conveniently located and as I travel for work the room has enough workspace and the lighting is good.

There were other guest close to my room who were very loud and noisy and this carries on toll almost midnight.

I just like everything at Horseshoe that my go to place whenever I visit Northern Cape and the working distance to the Mall
