I booked a private room and was really pleased with it! It was a very cute and comfortable room with a private bathroom (and a great, hot shower,) both of which were very clean and serviced every day with fresh towels. The included breakfast was simple but hearty, either scrambled eggs and toast or yogurt and granola with fruit, and the staff was super helpful assisting me in transportation to the airport and how to get around Salento. Overall, great value and a very nice place to base myself in Salento!

The bedding was a little worn, but still comfortable and there was a lot of noise from the street outside—but it’s well located close to the main square and Salento is a really popular tourist location so that’s to be expected.

The hotel is very central in the heart of Salento. We had a really nice time, the room was clean and everything js in walking distance of the hotel. The bed was good, the rooms are a bit noisy, but that’s because of the building. The building is an old authentic building and for us it made our stay in Salento even greater. The hotelroom was modernised though and we also had hot water every day.

When we visited there where lots of tourists and there was a festival going on till late in the night, therefore we did not get allot of sleep. However this had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was great.

The service was excellent. Luis, at the front desk was super helpful from giving us recommendations for dining and breakfast, to having rental boots and cleaning tools for our shoes. The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, Calle Real with the colourful buildings and the main square to get a willy.

As it's within the main square, noise at night was unavoidable, so if you're looking for something more peaceful, accommodation just outside might be more suitable.

I loved this place! It is centrally located, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and, most importantly, Luis and his partner were so friendly and helpful, we felt we were in such good hands. From local tips to being able to book activities directly to any questions we would have. We truly felt at home!

This is a gorgeous place to stay, right in the centre of town (everything less than 5 mins walk away). The vibe was more of a hotel than a hostel. Really kind and helpful staff, who spoke English and went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Exactly like the photos. Super clean, and recently updated, rooms. Really comfy bed. Hot showers with good water pressure. My private room included breakfast each day, and was cleaned each day, too.

Just two small things: 1. It was pretty noisy overnight. It's an old building, so understandably there is no sound proofing. I was woken up several times each night/early morning by people talking on the street, motorbikes going past, roosters crowing, etc. I think it just comes with the old style of the building and the location (pretty close to the main square). If you definitely need a good night's rest, I would recommend booking a place on the outer streets of the town. 2. The bathroom was pretty cramped.

I arrived earlier than the check-in hour and I was very tired from the long road, I felt asleep on the couch in the reception and somehow they managed to let me in earlier, many thanks for that

The rooms on the ground floor can be a little noisy because of the kids playing in the courtyard - luckily, I was on the 1rst floor

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Towels and personal soap given. Not bunk beds so rooms were not overcrowded. Room to leave personal items and individual side tables. Comfortable mattress and thick duvet with an extra blanket. Soap and hand towels in all shared bathrooms- not often the case in hostels! Large bins with lids- again, bins were never full of tissue or their contents visible like in many hostels. modern furnishing and bathroom design. Powerful and hot shower. Really happy with the experience. Staff were helpful and polite and responded immediately to questions. Information given about what tours are available.

Next steps - floor towel/ mat in bathroom. More hooks to hang towels in bedrooms and bathroom. On road so can be noisy with traffic but did stay over a bank holiday so may be busier than usual. Organise activities to help get people in the hostel together- there's a communal area but didn't see people there. WiFi isn't great- doesn't reach downstairs dorm.

The location of the hostel is great, not far away from the main square. The room was clean and big and the staff were super friendly. We left early on our last day and they prepared breakfast to go, as breakfast started later in the day.

The shower had no pressure so it took ages to wash our hair. The bathroom could be better ventilated as it got really humid when we showered. The beds were really hard.

Great location (not far from the bus station and also to all other places within Salento such as Carrera 6). Very nice staff, hot shower, rooms very nicely decorated! Small but nice and new bathroom (I had a private room).

I could only pay by cash (no credit card) which I found out only once I arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and I was able to pay some days later. Breakfast is very basic.

Really comfortable beds, dorm was just single beds so felt like you had loads of space. Great breakfast included. Great location Lovely hot shower Bedside lamps, beds made every day ❤️ Lovely family run business.

It was a little noisy on the street at night but it wouldn't stop me from sleeping here again.
