The location was good and the property was nice located Next to Restaurants,convenient store and the local Walmart. The staff member on duty, Ms Maisha, was very friendly and professional. She made our stay enjoyable.

My only complaint was the bathroom in my room was not clean. The bath tub was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall the room itself was nice.

The breakfast had many choices which included sausage, eggs, and fried potatoes. For our stay an excellent raisin bread was available. I chose the hotel, in part, for the breakfast.

We were locked out of the motel on the second evening of our stay. That was quickly rectified. by the clerk. A part of glasses was left in the room the morning we checked out but hadn't left the grounds. Again, the desk clerk allowed us to retrieve the glasses so we could start our trip homeward.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and restful.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are having an issue with the $50 hold they put on our credit card- so far it has not been removed. This happened the last time we were here and was resolved.

I didn’t like that they hold an extra 50.00 how do they know that everyone have money to hold…they said I was going to get the money back after checking out up to 3 business days…It has been a whole week and I still haven’t received my money back on my card now they saying it depends on my bank…I called my bank and they was like I should have it If they put it back on my card because it don’t take more than three days to get transactions cleared with them, so what’s the hold up? the room was left clean and I don’t smoke….

The parking was very easy to use. We had a very clean room that was quiet and well taken care of. The evening clerk was amazing. She was very pleasant and so helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I had forgotten to add my member number when booking , but the front desk clerk was quickly able to get that corrected. The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well.

The only negative I had was the refundable incidental fee took over a week to be credited back to my account and I only stayed one night . That was entirely too long to hold up money in my opinion.

The breakfast was ok but could have had more options. The location was a little inconvenient but thats because of road construction.

The beds are really firm. If you like a firm mattress, you are going to love it, but if you don't, it's uncomfortable.

Bed other than pillows was comfortable. Bathroom was very functional and clean. Bedside lamp design was very functional with movable reading night.

The pillows were not comfortable and a chair in the room other than desk chair would be great.

Very clean with large room. I had a king room which was very nice with lots of room and a nice side chair, refrigerator, microwave as well as coffee maker. Bathroom was clean and very neat. Excellent front desk.

It was kinda difficult to access. It is in th east side of the interstate and was really dark with a left turn that was not marked at all.
