The location was great. Everything was very clean and appealing. The staff at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Our room was very roomy and a nice large bathroom. Was so happy there was an iron and ironing board. The breakfast looked really good but we don't eat that early.

The only complaint was the loud cars running up and down the street beside the hotel, but the hotel has no control over that.

The location was good and the property was nice located Next to Restaurants,convenient store and the local Walmart. The staff member on duty, Ms Maisha, was very friendly and professional. She made our stay enjoyable.

My only complaint was the bathroom in my room was not clean. The bath tub was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall the room itself was nice.

The breakfast had many choices which included sausage, eggs, and fried potatoes. For our stay an excellent raisin bread was available. I chose the hotel, in part, for the breakfast.

We were locked out of the motel on the second evening of our stay. That was quickly rectified. by the clerk. A part of glasses was left in the room the morning we checked out but hadn't left the grounds. Again, the desk clerk allowed us to retrieve the glasses so we could start our trip homeward.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and restful.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are having an issue with the $50 hold they put on our credit card- so far it has not been removed. This happened the last time we were here and was resolved.

I do not like not being able to call a hotel direct to ask a question before arrival. It is impossible to find phone numbers for direct contact, and as an older person who travels a lot, I get very very frustrated!!!

The front desk people were very very kind. Fabulous shower. Great water pressure!

There were a few things that could be updated. Window coverings had tiny holes in them. The plug ins and outlets looked as if they are from the turn of the century.

Do not like being charged a $50 refundable deposit on the room. Things can break that may not be necessarily fault of occupant. The TV was at an angle when we occupied the room, which is a possible issue, not something we caused.

everything about the stay was great..

I didn’t like that they hold an extra 50.00 how do they know that everyone have money to hold…they said I was going to get the money back after checking out up to 3 business days…It has been a whole week and I still haven’t received my money back on my card now they saying it depends on my bank…I called my bank and they was like I should have it If they put it back on my card because it don’t take more than three days to get transactions cleared with them, so what’s the hold up? the room was left clean and I don’t smoke….

The parking was very easy to use. We had a very clean room that was quiet and well taken care of. The evening clerk was amazing. She was very pleasant and so helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. I had forgotten to add my member number when booking , but the front desk clerk was quickly able to get that corrected. The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well.

The only negative I had was the refundable incidental fee took over a week to be credited back to my account and I only stayed one night . That was entirely too long to hold up money in my opinion.
