This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean and well-located for what we needed, making it incredibly convenient. We were on a road trip and were very happy with the new, clean look of the hotel, large room with separate couch/tv area, friendly staff, easy parking, and nearby eating options. It was the nicest Holiday Inn Express we’ve been to. We were only there one night but saw how nice it would be if we were to be there for an extended stay. Next time we’re passing through Tracy we will definitely stay there, and will recommend to others. We loved the Afghan restaurant we went to for dinner.

This hotel was a great spot to break up a long road trip near interstate 5. The staff was wonderful and the hotel clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. We went to a great Rivercat game in West Sacramento and then drove south for an hour to reach the hotel.

I was hoping for bacon at breakfast. That was my only disappointment.

Overall, everything was slightly above average for comparable hotels. The room was nice and comfortable. I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange. I will definitely be back when I'm working in this area again.

Having a scanner in the business center would have been very helpful. Other than that, I really have nothing negative to say.

The hotel's signage is almost non-existent. It isn't easy to see where to turn into the driveway, as the property sits BEHIND two gas stations. The driveway to enter the property is between the Chevron and Shell stations.

The room was a typical HIE which we like - nice size, comfortable beds, easy to regulate quiet heat. The location was convenient to the highway and one exit from lots of chain food restaurants.

We missed the entrance the first time - the sign is literally on the ground, on the same driveway as a gas station. Even with GPS it got missed. The hotel may not be in the greatest location unless you just need something right off the highway. The breakfast was just OK - the pancake machine was broken - sounds trite but..... The hotel itself looks slightly dated.

This property was very hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot. When using GPS it kept telling you turn on a street that didn't access the hotel.
