The staff was shorthanded but did their best. Breakfast was fine with variety to pick from.

Didn't think I should be charged $5.00 per day extra to be on the top floor. Also didn't know the rooms were only cleaned upon request. Once I figured that out everything was fine.

Kayla was working when we checked in. We’ve been to many hotels, and she was quite possibly the friendliest, kindest, most accommodating and helpful front desk receptionist that has ever checked us in.

My daughter and I are both vegan. We would have really loved it if the hotel would have had a dairy free milk alternative for our coffee in the morning. But not too much of a big deal since there is a target within walking distance.

The breakfast staff was slamming stuff around. Finding the hotel was fun, I didn't realize it was behind a mall and restaurants. Could use one large light for the room. Reading was difficult.

The location was close to the freeway but far enough that you didn’t hear it.

The $12 parking fee is a scam. The property is located in a mall with plenty of free parking. It was not listed in the booking.com when I booked. It is not like they actually had a security guard. The desk clerk just asked me if I needed a parking permit, not that it would cost me $12!

The sofa was comfortable, as was the bed. The work desk was adequate and functional. It's very convenient to have in-room coffee and mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean, good quality and large bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. The shower was awesome. Friendly staff and easy check-in process. Good location and value. Late 12 pm check-out was really appreciated so I could get more work done before needing to depart. Will definitely stay again!

The night staff was amazing. Kayla and lupe went above and beyond to make my children and I stay comfortable. They were friendly and were so welcoming. I think they made our stay that much better because I was having a hard night and they made it better.

Everything!!! I don’t have anything bad to say, maybe more parking spaces otherwise excellent. Kayla was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with.

The cleanliness and eventhough my room was near the entrance of the highway I didn’t hear the noise of the cars so very peaceful

Some of our covers were dirty so we had to called for clean ones. So maybe more attention when it comes to the cleaning of the bed sheets for stains of make up or blood

The location was very accessible, breakfast was Nice, love the waffles. Friendly Staff.
