Everything staff Maricella and Grace and Octavio were beyond measure. They are awesome and very helpful and right on top of any needs. Paul was great he is doing a tremendous job on the remodel of hotel and hotel always smelled so clean and was clean.The cleaning services were awesome and the lady’s cleaned our room everyday which was great! Cleaning supervisor very nice and sweet. We will definitely refer our family n friends from SoCal who come visit to stay with Microtel in Tracy. P.S. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate with our grandchildren in lobby area for St. Patrick s Day… So for future travelers just know this is the place to stay they are family friendly and they love food too lol… They enjoy family’s in Lobby having a great time (make sure to make them a plate lol)… Vending machines and Ice machines and water machines available at all times.. 24/7 Fresh Hot coffee, Hot chocolate and Tea did I mention FREE yes you read it correct FREE and delicious. Thank you again everyone!!!

Everything is nice and clean... Easy access to everything such as amenities..dining out for fast food... Even has a harbor freight by it and AutoZone if that matters if you car breaks down. Staff is friendly and very informative and helpful. Young guy who works in the mornings who has curly hair is awesome. The guy needs a raise for going out of his way to help and assist customers.

Maybe it was just cause the time of day... But during my stay I just didn't like how whoever cleans up the other rooms was pretty noisy as I was trying to sleep. I could hear them shuffling around outside talking to each other even with my keep quiet don't disturb door hanger sign on.

The value for the price was excellent. The staff was very helpful and freindly. The room was very clean and well appointed (fridge and microwave) including all the toiletries.

There appeared to be a number of construction workers staying at the hotel and there was some questionable activity in the parking lot (people working on a car's engine, a meetup or two, etc.). Travelling with family, we exercised additional caution.

Beds are very comfortable. Room very spacious and clean. Staff is excellent.

No closet to hang clothes. No dressers / drawers to unpack and put clothes. Any stay over 3 days becomes cramped when living out of suitcase. Was the only issue for me, and would steer me to stay elsewhere even if expense is greater. Just being honest.

The room was clean and organized. The bed was queen size and was comfortable with fitted sheets. Breakfast was perfect. I enjoyed and appreciated the complimentary made available 24/7.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I can add was that the elevator was out of service the next morning. But luckily, using the stairway was fine for us.

It was clean. The location was close to the freeway and where we needed to be. Love that the rooms didn’t have stinky carpet.

Our door couldn’t lock/ shut properly. There was a gap in being able to close the door so you could literally hear everything in the hallway. We stayed in 318. Parking spaces were super tight. When trying to open your door it was very difficult.

The room was great for the price! It was big and spacious and it had a burner and sink in the middle divider along with a microwave. Love that there was just a shower and not a bathtub. Bed was very comfortable.

The hallway and elevator seemed a little rundown for what the rooms were like.

Octavio and Sameer were extremely helpful. I was in town for a sudden death and they went out of their way to help me. Even changed me to a better room when I had issues with some construction guys. Thank you so much! 💜🙏🏼

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Great location, comfy beds and friendly staff.

The rooms with kitchen and microwave didn't include any cutlery or plates. But when requested from staff, they did provide some plastic cutlery and paper plates.

The 1st hotel in months that had a comfortable bed; no bed indention,nice and plush. I travel a lot so am very appreciative when I get a comfortable bed. I actually got some sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and you could hear the people next to you (thin walls).
