I loved the Bathroom mirror. It had different dimming filter lights. I liked that where my room was, it was a the corner of the building and could see my car parked on the side parking lot by itself.

The fact that when I went to lobby to check out, and get my deposit, the guy at the lobby had me wait until he checks out the room himself to get my deposit back? I was running late for an appointment already so it really bothered me that he would think I would sabotage the room? I felt like it was a racial thing because of my appearance.

Friendly staff. I had an inside-hallway room on the 3rd floor, and it was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, good air conditioner, lighted/heated mirror in bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers. Iron and ironing board. Good fridge and TV.

No soap tray in the shower stall, which made showering a bit awkward.

Pet friendly and clean rooms. They helped me find a parking spot under a light and carry my bag up to my room on the 3rd floor. The staff was responsive and courteous with me and my service dog. I really had a pleasant experience here at this facility and the housekeeping staff was amazing too.

Location had some noise due to the close proximity to the freeway.

Everything was great for what we needed. Breakfast was really good. Especially the orange juice. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to go

The only complaint I have, as hot as it is in Tracy, the hotel pool was drained at the time and we were hoping to go swimming

Breakfast was awful. You could make toast but butter was the only thing they provided for the bread. No jam or peanut butter. Or make a waffle. There was yogurt either strawberry or vanilla. Would have liked some other choices. McDonald’s is across the street.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was Very accommodating. Quiet in spite of location near freeway

Bed spread had a few stains, edge of shower floor had some discoloration, breakfast had very limited choices.

The Room was CLEAN, SPACIOUS, had everything I needed from .cups; enough towels, smooth pillows....It smelled CLEANED....Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY.....GAS STATION, WENDY'S, NATIONS BURGER, MCDONALD'S, SUBWAY in Walking DISTANCE.....100%RECOMMENDED

It was close to food outlets, easy to get to the main street staff were polite and helpful

It was a shame the pool wasn't able to be used ,little close to highway but other than that good
