The spacious room and the full kitchen with all of the equipment , we were able to fix some meals during our stay. the view of the room is breathtaking, and very close to the beach, a small walk of 300 meters, but worth it. the room was very clean when we arrived. the food at the restaurant was very good

they could include daily room cleaning, we were informed it could have been cleaned for a fee, I feel this should have been included with the price, this is the only downside, although I would definitely go back again.

Restaurant service starts at 10:30-11, if you are an early riser take precautions, the room has a fridge and a microwave so you can buy things at the little market or in town

Overall quiet, clean and large room with full kitchen and two balconies overlooking the water on both sides. Our friends had a boat at the marina so it was very convenient for us. It’s pretty far from Progresso but not a bad drive. We ate breakfast and one dinner at restaurant and all of it was good.

Nothing really. It didn’t seem like a regular hotel where there is someone around all the time if you needed anything. During the day is fine but overnight I’m not sure if there is someone there.

Food is awesome, each room has multiple air conditioning units, hammocks and a great view. Staff is very helpful. Has three small pools that are cleaned regularly. Peaceful and quiet spot. Overall very nice.

Hotel is understaffed at night and far from big towns and ports. Lightning hits very close during storms and is likely to disrupt WiFi. No room cleaning service.

Excellent resort, exceeded expectations, room was very spacious with amazing views of ocean and lagoon. Private beach was secluded, quiet perfect and secluded. Restaurant and pool area very professional and felt like a 5 star boutique resort. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong area, highly recommend.

amazing staff .very quiet place . a lot of things to see . at max . 1,5 hour drive Chichén itzá , cavas , other pyramids , very few guests during weekdays.

Loved the apartment with both decks and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. Loved our privacy and restaurant was good value.

Road needs many repairs plus sewer smell in morning but maybe it couldn’t be helped. No elevators to third floor.
