Large rooms and nice swimming pools. The staff do try to make your stay pleasant. The beach is okay.

The room description says it has a kitchen and kitchenware but this is not true. There is a fridge and a microwave (which didn"t work, but they did replace it) but nothing else. If you ask they will bring you a couple of plates, glasses and basic cutlery. No sharp knife, no bottle opener, nothing to make coffee or tea with, no dish soap to even wash your limited dishes.

Very big and clean apartment, quiet location, nice and well maintained facilities. Cleaning every day, big parking, each apartment gets one parking spot inculeded, water bottles free every day. Good food in restaurant on site.

Beach is nice and sandy but some seagrass on it but that was on all beaches nearby. Water wasn't as clear and blue, more brownish but it was the same all along this coast, we went to Progreso and it was the same.

Great location, close to the beach. Pool is very nice.

We expected to get the kitchen as promised on Booking reservation page. However, there was not a single glass or spoon in the room. Also, this place occasionally hosts cruise ships guests - don't be surprised to see buses coming in, and peple partying in the pool...

Lovely small village with private beach. We had dinner and breakfast which bote was extremely tasty and the portions were generous. The room was huge and comfy. The staff is amazing. The beach is fantastic. Great stay

Nothing not to like.. it is a great place

The staff is helpful and friendly, always willing to assist you in any way they can. The room is simple but incredibly spacious and comfortable.

The WiFi did not work on the first day, but it was fixed afterwards. So it was not a big deal, and the staff did their best to help.

We enjoyed everything. The beach was great. The food was very good. Out room was outstanding. We had a great time. Thank you.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Sweet spot on the beach. The hotel was laid out well, nice gardens with 2 pools & great beach access.

The rooms are a bit tired but you're not in them much so...

Very nice staff, clean room, nice pool area and beach.

It was not as we expected. Infrastrucure a bit old and too much of a 'all inclusive' feeling (even if nothing was included). Rooms are facing the pool area not the beach. Just not our type of hotel, we stayed only one night. They gave us back the money though, very friendly staff!

Very good place, nice acommodation, there is a kitchen, but nothing there. If you ask in restaurant, they give you what you need..plates, glasses..Stuff is very nice and friendly. 2 swimming pools and almost empty private beach.

One day arrived bus full of turists, then the nice calm place changed info beach party with very loud music. I understand it is necessary for hotel to earn money. But if it would be every day, I would 't like it.
