The room is on the 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach and ocean. Awesome breeze and awesome vibe. It is convenient to everything on the Malecón. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Our expectations were set to "reasonable" and the Hotel did NOT disappoint. It has a nice pool, a great location, and one of the best views in Progreso. Just a great stay. We bought and supplied our own necessities. The toilet paper roll is small and there are few to none available. It has a kitchenette yet there are only dishes. No cups, no cutlery. That isn't really convenient, nor does it really make sense. We bought a some cups and our own cutlery. Problem solved. Outside of that, nothing not to like.

Our balcony was fabulous, and we could just walk across the malecon to swim. The suite was large and we were able to park fairly close by. I wish we had been able to stay longer.

Could use more hooks for towels. It was hard to get info from staff re services and the area. And a bit much to have to wear a bracelet just as a guest and give ID to get pool towels (we just used our own). And big kitchen space and nice fridge but no stovetop. No elevator.

Location, accommodation for 6 guest and price was great! The staff were awesome very helpful and friendly at all hours. The view exceptional!

No elevator, water kept getting into the room when it rained, toilet paper was cheap had to keep asking for more. Closed the pool at 8pm.

There was not a kettle in the room as mentioned in my confirmation, but someone from the reception gave me a coffee maker, so it was ok. I couldn’t get my invoice from the reception. They gave me a phone number to call in order to have my invoice. It seems a little strange to me. And I called but nobody answered

Convenient to beach and restaurants.

Room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. More steps down when you enter the room. HOUSEKEEPERS OPEN BALCONY DOOR AND DO NOT LOCK IT WHEN THEY CLOSE IT. Someone from another room can walk right in if they want. HIGH SECURITY RISK.

Grissella, the manager, was amazing and very helpful. She was attentive to everything as was the rest of the staff. Great location, pool, and clean. Literally seconds from the beach.

Good location, staff was friendly and helpful, small pool was a nice addition....good water pressure and lots of hot water for the shower.

Only 2 pool chairs...a few more would be nice. No hand towel provided at the bathroom sink; Only bath towels. No silverware, paper towels or anything but plates and drinking glasses in the kitchenette.

Loved the air conditioning, wouldn't have survived without it. Location was great, right along the Malecón with lots of restaurants nearby. Balcony facing the pool was nice to sit out and relax on. The pool itself was nice, some people say it's too cold but as a Canadian it was perfectly fine for me and the coolness was more than welcome when the temperatures were in the high 30s. Room was nice and big. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure. I liked that the sink was outside of the washroom so one of us could get ready while the other was showering or using the toilet.

The sheets had some small stains on them one night. We could tell they had been washed but it just wasn't a great look. Also, the part of the Malecón directly in front of the hotel was under construction while we were there. Obviously not the hotel's fault so I'm not taking points off my rating because of that, but it might be worthwhile to check and see if the construction is still happening before booking as it was muddy and gravelly and sometimes noisy. There was even one morning we were awoken by a steamroller that was causing the entire building to vibrate.

The location is great- right on the boardwalk overlooking the water. Get a room that has a terrace overlooking the water. Worth it.
