Room was GREAT. Long time without being in a room that meet all expectations. Bed comfortable, bathroom well divided and spacious, there is still kind of a big area to move, walk, etc. AC works perfectly. Recommendation: it is worth it, but you must get a car in order to move comfortable from place to place. I knew this tip, but I'm sharing with everybody :)

There's not a thing that I didn't like, just a friendly situation: the staff member at the lobby told me that next time I should contact them and tell them that I was going to be late for check in. Something that as a matter of fact I did, but according to him it was a Booking problem. But I didn't understand which was the difference since anyways I pay for the whole stay no matter my check in time :/

The staff was very nice. I asked for ice and glasses which were promptly delivered. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.The breakfast was básic but clean and fresh. I liked the bread I. I didn't like the coffee but it was not a big deal because I went to the Oxxo next door to get one. I did order an americano at the restaurant and it was very good, just not the coffee served st breakfast.

Hotel was lovely. Very clean, squeaky clean in fact. Toilet button kept getting hung up but we figured it out. Not many outlets to charge phones but that’s common. Elevator doesn’t work but we only had one flight of stairs so no big deal most places don’t have one either. Beds were hard but pillows were great. Nice to have continental breakfast included. It was bananas and apples and cereal and rolls. I would stay there again.

The room was spacious, complete and comfortable. The pool was fresh considering the heat outside and we enjoyed it very much. If you wish to eat a bigger breakfast, the one included is not it but you can always order something from the menu.

Easy access from the main roads, only 23 minutes to the beach, restaurants nearby, staff is friendly, very reasonable prices

Great washroom, and clean space. Helpful front desk staff. Quiet place outside central Merida, decent value.

Room was a little outdated and showing signs of needing renovation. It was so large that the A/C wasn't very effective, and the furnishing look sparse. Pictures made place look better than is, and the breakfast was only snacks.

Room a generous size, firm, comfortable King bed. Pillows firm but ok. Good bathroom. Excelente value.

Elevator was malfunctioning so used for freight only. Complimentary breakfast was a 3 out of 10. Ordered hot cases and bacon from the kitchen....bacon on the rare side, lol! Suggest you order it crisp!

The room was fine, the beds were a bit small but it worked for the one night. Breakfast was great!

The wifi in the room was very low and the AC gave some trouble
