Authentic Mexican environment, delicious traditional Yucatán food, excellent service from all the lovely staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was amazing and it had a hammock! It is 25 mins away from progresso and 10 mins away from the archeological site.

The road before the entrance is unpaved (around 200 metres) so you need to go really slow.

We celebrate a wedding on the facilities, was great experience and services provided were very good for all participants

the weather didn help us at wedding garden facilities, wasnt problem with the hotel or its people.

Hotel is ok. Food was good. Room was normal. Pools are fine but cold(January)

Beach is very small. Kids corner is empty. There was nothing to do there. And staff doesn't speak english. Bathroom was old. The hotel is pretty far and the road to get there is sooo bad.

All was good, except the weather

Booking.com accuracy, using my email as my full name was ludicrous and difficult to change. Plus booking.com said property had a $2000 peso cash damage deposit policy WHICH IS NOT TRUE!

Staff was excellent and very helpful.. Very much worth the price. Great value.

We wish there was more actual beach to be on. But over all it was great. The place was not very busy. I think it would be bad if there were a lot of people. Also our toilet broke and we had to ask to get another room. I appreciate the fact that they tried to fix it as fast as they could but it was late and we didn't want to sit around at night while they worked on our toilet

The staff was amazing and grain of all our respect - working so hard under a weather so hot above 40 C)

Food was fine. Beds excellent.

The bathroom needs a safety bar in bathtub.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I liked the facilities a lot, the pool was nice, as well as the beach area. The room was also very nice, huge and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach as soon as I got into the room and that made me nervous the rest of the trip because I really hate bugs (altho there was no other one after that one). The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked like a charm. Very very spacious room. It's in a very remote area (limited cellphone signal) but you have everything you need right there.

The cockroach situation was definitely something I did not enjoy. The wifi was very unstable and most of the time it didn't work properly (especially in the rooms... in the common areas it worked a bit better). Food was good, but it often was cold and cocktails could have been better.

Best staff, great food, very relaxing!!

Can use a little updating but I hear that's coming.
