Amazing view from our room in the new building. The pool was nice and clean, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Staff were super friendly and spoke enough English to make things very easy for our stay. Food at the restaurant was great, bit pricey but nothing outrageous, prices you would normally expect only the food was actually delicious so we didn't mind paying. There is a small convenience store inside the hotel which we visited frequently for snacks. Indoor and 2 outdoor pools are awesome. Our room was serviced everyday, bathroom very spacious and room its self spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

There aren't many places to eat in walking distance, however if you have rented a car (which you should) then it's the perfect location away from everything to just relax and look at the beautiful views before setting off for a 10 minute drive to some great restaurants.

The location is a bit far off most of the sights. If you don't have a car this could be an issue to some extent. For me it was perfect (had no car) as I wanted to be far away from a city buzz and enjoy a quiet time in nature. The Olle hiking trail is right in front of the door, so if you're into hiking that's a great way to go around. Bus stops are in 15min walking distance and bring you pretty much through major parts of the island, including the airport. What really made the stay exceptional for me (probably not everyone's cup of tea) was the amazing gym. It's unlike any other regular hotel gym and was in its own small building (including a sea view). It could have easily been a small public gym in terms of arrangements and set up (see picture). Not everything was covered, but that's the case for 99% hotel gyms anyway.

I asked to extend my check out until 1pm, which wasn't granted despite low volume and me having stayed there more than the average guest. The fridge despite changing settings was extremely cold so my water was frozen.

The hotel well maintained with amazing views of the sea coast from sea facing room. The room is spacious for 2 of us with 4 luggage. The small balcony is a bonus. The sauna (hot & cold pools) is clean & provides a good relaxing therapy after a whole day of exploring the island. Sufficient parking spaces available & fairly easy to find the location. The walking path along the coast was lined with beautiful flowers & very nice to walk during sunset time & early morning. There’s even a self serviced convenience store located on B1 of the annex building of this hotel.

Some counter staffs could be more friendly & helpful in answering our queries, especially the guys. The ladies receptionists were very friendly & helpful.

Great location for a relaxing holiday in Jeju. Away from the hustle around the airport, but still close enough to shops and restaurants on foot or by car if you've rented one (which I would recommend if you want to visit the island - free parking is available at the hotel). Our rooms had wonderful sea views, and were close enough to actually hear the waves at night! The heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi is a real bonus. The breakfast was quite varied for Asian and European tastes. We also had dinner at the hotel, with a choice of Korean or Western meals. Everything was good! The staff was quite friendly, and spoke good English for the most part. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighbourhood felt quite safe for evening walks along the beach. Overall this is a true gem of a hotel in Jeju. Would certainly recommend for a seaside getaway!

Absence of a laundry service, but this is a minor comment.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with beautiful sea views that made the stay very scenic and peaceful. The staff were also excellent — very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit.

I was quite disappointed with some aspects of our stay. We booked one of the most expensive rooms — a suite with a sea view — but the bathroom was not up to standard. It was sticky and constantly had an unpleasant smell, similar to urine, even after trying to use perfumes and sprays. This was unexpected for a suite at this price point. Breakfast was another letdown. The quality and variety were lacking, and overall it did not feel worth the cost. For the price we paid, I expected much better.

The views in the room, even at the beginning we didnt count on a room with views and we need to pay an extra for that whereas through Booking nothing was explained with this regards. The breakfast was quite good

The windows of the room were quite dirty, not only in our room but generally in the hotel, what was affecting to the overall cleaning perception. One of the night we were not able to have dinner at the restaurant which was neither explained in advanced to prepare another plan or compensated, and as was raining a lot an hotel was not closed to other restaurantes was quite uncomfortable The most of the employees didnt count on fluent English to make communication easy Therefore, even the hotel overall was nice, being an special moment for us due to our honey moon, I wouldnt repeat this hotel if I will return to Jeju in the future, as I cant point out any excepcional feature of it

A luxurious hotel with magnificent views of the southern coastline. The facilities at the hotel were top notch. The gym was clean with great equipment. The outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool were well maintained and warm- perfect for a cold day overlooking the coastline. The rooms were very generous and bathrooms were large clean and functions well thought out. Great for families. Free carpark with plenty of space. Walking distance to a few restaurants but you need to drive about 2.5km to get into the centre of Seogwipo city. Overall, a highly recommended stay and I will be back next time I am in Jeju!!

Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.

We liked literally everything! We got a room on 4th floor with beautiful see view. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the beds and the the rain shower. The room service was also exceptional. We got bottles of water and fresh towels every day. We also felt in love with gym. I have never experienced such fantastic gym before. We had view on the see, it was clean and had all necessary machines. Also the sauna and pool in and outside were a highlight. The location is also fantastic - straight away on Olle Trail 7. There are beautiful Cafés and restaurants close to the hotel. Also the bus stop is approx. 10 min walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who looks for relax holiday close to nature but still can reach other areas very quickly and convenient. We surely come back again!!!

Helpful and accommodating staff. They kindly helped to store our suitcases before check-in. We had a comfortable futon, and the housekeeping was very thorough. Even though it was raining, we had a really good time in the outdoor pool and around Jeju Island. We communicated about 50/50 using Korean and English, but I think I could have used English throughout.

Minor things: Due to nearby roadwork there was only one path into the parking lot, and only one car could go in or out at a time. Not entirely within the hotel's control, and it did not affect us too much. See also other comments about the swimming pool policies (you need a swim cap to go into the indoor pool) - they were well-explained, however, and not a surprise to us.

The pool area is amazing, heated pool, even on colder days in October we were able to use it. Very good facilities, such as the gym overlooking the beautiful bay. The restaurant was great for dinner, good combination of Korean and Western dishes. Beautiful room and terrace which we really enjoyed as a family. You need a car to get around, but it is close to many attractions. We loved the unmanned supermarket in the basement.

Breakfast area is really busy at 8.30AM, so you have to wait to get a table. Breakfast is good and quite expensive, so this is bad service. You are not allowed to take drinks and snacks to the pool area, which is why it is very clean but also less of a holiday feeling.
