It was near shopping areas and seemed centrally placed. The room was large and spacious. Front desk response was relatively fast. The room was old age friendly. It was noticeably cleaned. Bathroom cleanliness a plus. Beds made to perfection.Breakfast offered a variety of options for your taste and type preference. We felt safe. Many restaurant options surrounded the hotel. Staff used English well. Front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Mechelle was exceptional. We found that overall the hotel was kept extremely clean particularly bathrooms, not only in your room but in the lobby as well. We would rate Ramada as our best hotel experience in our travels abroad.

The bedroom floor needed mopping more regularly it felt dusty yet the room was cleaned well and beds were made to perfection. I found hair in my food one day and this was a turn off for me. More caution needs to be extended to preempt this kind of occurence.

The room was fabulous for the price, it was very clean and comfy and I had a side view of the sea. The spa made an effort to fit me in on request, there was a nice area to sit by the small pool, and the man on reception at night was very friendly and helpful. There was a handy small shop and cafe right next door. It's possible to walk to the mall.

Not a "didn't like", more a suggestion as we try and reduce human impact on the planet; I wished my towels were not replaced every day when it was unnecessary to do so... It was lovely to see a fresh and clean bathroom all the time (the cleaner did a great job at this daily), but the towels were big and fluffy and I was on my own so they could easily have done multiple uses! I kept them hung up out the way (as per signs) but they were still replaced... Give people the option if they want them replaced and stick to this, as the amount of water and heat spent cleaning so many towels each day must be huge!!

The best experience and hotel in a very long time of my travels around different countries. Everything is perfect: check-in, the staff helps at every step, pays attention to details, the hotel creates comfort and coziness at every step, you don't think about anything. The room is amazing, not small, clean, no noise, a beautiful view of the city, the space is well thought out. There is mouthwash in the bathroom. Room service is perfect, the restaurant is delicious, especially the chicken soup and octopus. Breakfast is everything you need and there is nothing superfluous, no excess food. It is located 6 minutes walk from the shopping center and 15 minutes drive from the international airport. We did not use the pool, as we had transit flights and we stayed at the hotel only for shopping.

We always come to this hotel and we like that it is clean, beds are comfortable, the location and this time the breakfast has improved!

Everything was easy and the location was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Adriano. The room was spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast buffets, and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. There is also a mall with a grocery store about 10 minutes walk away.

There is nothing about the hotel we disliked. We would just advise tourists to steer clear of the tour office. As we suspected, the prices are way too high. You can do much better on AirBnB Experiences (something we recently discovered).

Entire Hotel was spotless. Good location, just a skip up the block to a couple of restaurants, besides the hotel's own. And but a 10-minute hoof to MultiPlaza. Pleasant dining area, with decent included breakfast. Peaceful outdoor pool setting, with views. Comfortable beds.

The only ding was the TV in the room. Large wall-mounted televisions, but the chanel choices were mediocre. And the resolution was the worst I've ever encountered in any hotel. SD resolution only, stretched out to fit the large screen, the result dingy and blurry. Same in other rooms. Useless remote control.

Our room on the 5th floor had a nice view of the ocean. The beds were super comfortable! Breakfast was buffet style and had a wide variety of food to choose from. The dining room itself, as well as the bar, was very pleasantly decorated . The spa was fabulous! The sports massage was well worth it!

We really don't have any complaints , but more as an observation: the corner of the very comfortable beds sticks out beyond the mattress. Therefore it is very easy to run into and get a bruise! So be aware of this!

Modern and spacious room, clean & quite, comfortable bed, huge flat TV (we could easily connect it to our Netflix), good buffet breakfast (was included), good restaurant (ate dinner there twice), a minute walk to good restaurants (ate at Assisi the Italian and Trapiche the local, liked both), swimming pool, a short walk (less than 10 min.) to a huge mall, easy and fast access to any point in the city (using Uber). Last but not least, the cost of staying at this solid 4 stars hotel was a real bargain!

Swimming pool is quite small (but always empty when we used it in the evening, so ir was not a issue for us).

Mostly everything was great. The room was clean, bathroom, mirrors, sinks...exceptional! Breakfast was nice with some variety everyday. The staff at the spa was also very pleasant.

There was a particular female member of staff in the dining area who would come to clear the table and without even asking, remove or attempt to remove items that sometimes you were not finished with. It was the only sore point of our stay. There was on family next to us, a mothe and 2 children who left full glasses of juice, oatmeal not yet touched etc and just went to get some more waffles, When they returned, table was cleared. The staff need to be more observant and if the person is present at least ask once your plate or glass is not empty.

We stay in this hotel every time we come to Panama. This is our base! I think it's a perfect option for 2-3 nights. Excellent staff, a very helpful reception. This time gave an early check in and it was a nice surprise. Breakfasts are OK, there is a variety, nothing exceptional, but you can find something to your taste. It is also open for dinner. Rooms are always clean, rather big. The location is great. Just 5 minutes walk from Multiplaza shopping mall with all its nice shops and some really good restaurants. Some of them are open till very late (in case you arrive late and want to have dinner). It's a very safe area and a quiet location, but centric. In 3 minutes walk there is a street market where you can buy absolutely delicious pineapples, papayas, avocados etc. If you want the holes offers some SPA treatments, like massages. I did not have an opportunity to try them. And!! What is also very important is a very reasonable price.

This time one day our room was not cleaned. I was sorry to find this out in the evening:(
