I stayed over 2 weeks in 2 different types of rooms and wasn't disappointed with either. The rooms are clean and comfortable and of good size.The staff are friendly and helpful. I didn't avail myself of breakfast, so cannot comment. Suwon station and 2 large dept stores plus many shops and underground mall are within walking distance. It is surrounded by affordable restaurants and street food. There are a lot of night time activities, bars, clubs etc. Hwaseong fortress and other historical sites are within walking distance or short bus ride. Enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely consider returning. Thank you.

The only criticism is the plastic undersheet on bed (1st room) made bed hot and slippery. I understand the need, but nearly slipped out of bed a few times.🤣🤣

The room is well designed with a traditional overhead air conditioner and very large window. There is a kettle in the room which was great.One of the best things is that there is a self service laundry at the base of the building, literally right in front. There are two hangers for clothes, but no other storage for clothing. The WiFi in the room didn't work for me. The greatest surprise was ondol and a heated bed, this was incredibly comforting. There is a restaurant is on the premises but the price was bit more than I was willing to pay so I can't comment on the quality of the offerings.It was a comfortable stay inside of the hotel.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Suwon station, longer with heavy lugguage. I did not like the area, it felt seedy to me. The main road is fine, but turning into the main area was not something I liked at all.

Absolutely amazing stayed first week , perfect location ,just everything was spot on ,even kept my luggage for 1 week till I returned again week later from my jeju holiday trip,highly recommend especially as forginer you are next to everything 5 mm uns from suwon train station ,plus shopping direct links to tourist destinations just perfect will be booking again for 3 time I even asked for the same room on my return said they would try and they did just perfect well done 5********* star from Lisa united kingdom solo traveler

The hotel is 10min walk from the station and from sightseeing location. Very convinient. Lot of restaurants and convinientstores around. Big room, comfy bed, shower was good. They booked me bus transfer to the airport.

The room was not cleand properly, the towel looked dirty as well. It was alright for the short stay.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station (15 mn by foot if I remember well). Very good buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price (needs to be booked the night before). Comfortable room with a "technological" toilet. We hesitated between taking a bus or walking to the castle and finally walk as the time was nearly the same (40 mn I think).

The person at the reception was not always present, but not a big issue.

The bed was comfortable and the room facilities were good. The staff at the desk breakfast and on email were all efficient and friendly.The location is quite good .

The whole hotel vibe did not match the pictures. It is quite run down, and a spring clean is in order. The isolation between rooms is not great. The area of the hotel is not the best.

2nd stay at same hotel after week being in jeju hotel looked after some of my luggage till I returned,just amazing hotel am very happy please see my first review I stayed in Korea first time for 3 weeks 2 weeks was at this hotel just perfect thankyou will be booking again to stay see you all soon ☺️Lisa united kingdom

Breakfast was a complete surprise upon walking into the restaurant totally unexpected, good selection of hot dishes, cereal, toast, coffee. Room was large with opening windows so no need to run Aircon all the time.

Quality of bed, when plastic incontinence sheet is removed it’s some what better. Air con is noisy but we had the windows open so didn’t really use it.

Room had all we needed for a 3-day stay. Located in a narrow street but close to train station, airport bus stops, local buses to Folk Village, Starfield library, and city center. You can also take a walk to the old city walls. Room matched photos, everything was working well. Breakfast was very good!

Rooms could be refreshed a little.

Great clean room, comfy bed, big TV, smart toilet/ smart lights. Good AC. Good location close to a train station, lots of restaurants around and 711. Coffee in the room

Some of the details were outdated, it said you could use common space with coffee machine/microwave ect. However this is now a resturant so you can't use. It did have a microwave in an oposite building but no plates ect
