The location is good. It is about an 8-minute walk from Higashimuroran Station. You need to pay attention to prevent slipping on snowy days. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. When the front desk knew that we wanted to see the sunrise, he pointed out the unreasonable part of our itinerary and kindly told us where to go to watch it. Although it was relatively remote, we saw an amazing scenery. onsen is good,breakfast very nice. The free ラメン is tastes good.ice after onsen is my favorite part^ ̳ට ̫ ට ̳^ I might be ate four or more of them

Everything is great!

Easy access by car from the highway, very kis friendly (small sculptures in many places, children book shelf, children stool and bowl at the onsen, room wear, pillow and small gift for kids), great surprises at night (free midnight noodle and ice cream), excellent staff, perfect breakfast. The onsen had an apple bath on the day we were there, it was fantastic! Absolutely no smoke smell at the whole hotel, that is very rare in Japan. The room is also very kid friendly.

Motion sensor lighting is the nightmare of families with small kids. I'd prefer one with a switch at the entrance.

Although Slippers and pajamas are recycled in this hotel, they were not cleaned, it’s smelly , Later the lady gave us the cleaned ones when l asked for

amazing amenities. massage chair was great, even a whole lot of manga to read, laundry wash/dryer, etc. Food was amazing. They even offer ramen for supper. Very clean rooms. Also 5mins walk from Higashi Muroran JR (just leave the hotel and turn left and it's a straight line).

The only downside to this hotel is the lack of things to do in Muroran/Higashi-Muroran. But it's a good base if you intend to take day trips to Noboribetsu, etc.

Rooms a little small, but adequate. Complementary ramen and ice creams a nice touch. Microwaves available on several floors for guest use. Complementary washing machine availability also helpful. Massage chairs and Onsen very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking.

We didn’t have the breakfast, but would have been quite expensive for a family of 6.

Oh my. Easy to find (drive to the eki, look north-west, and there it is). Swift and polite staff, and (here's the best bit), there's a free-for-use onsen built into the hotel on the 2nd floor. Spotless, sparingly used, and it offers a post-dip treat of ice-cream and freshly made ramen (around midnight). A clean and neat hotel - With An Onsen Built Into It. Amazed. And am now a new fan of Dormy Inn hotels.

Helpful staff, info about extra costs like parking was accurate. My first time using a Japanese public bath and it was all explained well on notices on the wall

My only complaint was the size of the bed as I'm tall. But I'm sure I could have booked a different room type to get one that was bigger if I had known what I was doing.

The staff who attended to us was very helpful and took her time to show us how to get to Noboribetsu attractions by train and by bus. She even gave us details of the bus schedules so that we wouldn't miss the transport.The hotel provides free flow treats like ice cream, yoghurt, ramen and coffee. We also had the opportunity to use their washing machine. When we asked for loan of an iron, we were pleasantly surprised that the staff took the trouble to bring it to our room together with a small ironing board! Thank you very much ladies, for your cheerful and excellent service! 😃

This hotel is an easy walk from Higashi Muroran train station and is close to local amenities. The hotel has a public bath on the second floor. The guestroom had a motion sensor light in the hallway, which is a small detail but very helpful when you enter the room and if you get up in the night. There is a paid breakfast and you can also eat dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel offers several extra service add ons such as free coffee and Yakult drinks in the morning, free ramen and free ice creams in the evening. Extra room amenities can be picked up in the lobby. There is onsite parking.

The room layout was a little unusual. There is no bath in the room and the bathroom sink was in the room hallway but, there was a door between the sleeping area and the hallway. It was not a big issue.

Very close to everything, lots of good restaurants. Good breakfast, a small thing but I wish there was a cereal option. I did love the icecreams at night.

The bed was hard and lumpy and the pillows were hard.
