We had an issue on arrival with our room smelling of smoke. We went back to the desk to ask for a different room. At first the staff person refused and said they were fully booked (though we checked in early and hardly anyone else was there--so it was absurd that they wouldn't have rooms open). After some insistence, the staff person said she would ask the manager. After a while he came back to us and gave us a different room. That room was fine. It was a 2-queen-bed room, not a lot of extra space, but it did have two seating chairs and a desk/chair, fridge and microwave. Location is convenient for exploring the Bouctouche area. It was hot when we visited, but the AC worked OK.

Breakfast area had plenty of seating and was never very busy, with long hours, but offerings are a bit sparse (some eggs/bacon, kind of tough pancakes, cereal, bread, yogurt)--nothing in fruit/veggies other than some canned fruit. Be aware that there is no elevator in case you have issues climbing stairs to the second floor.

Big well appointed room with comfy beds. The hotel is airy and bright, modern and clean and the foyer area is lovely with some old artefacts dotted about. Plentiful parking. Friendly receptionist who gave us ideas of places to go for dinner. It has the potential to be really great, but just a couple of things let it down.

The location is slightly out of town, meaning you need to drive to get dinner unless you fancy a walk. There are no coffee making facilities in the room, very unusual in Canada. The breakfast room is big and airy and lovely but the breakfast is a bit disappointing in terms of what's on offer (two cereals, couple of hot items, toast) though the coffee is good and strong. What's really disappointing is the use of single-use plastics - all the cutlery is plastic and all bowls, plates and cups are disposable - very environmentally unfriendly, not pleasant to try to eat your breakfast with plastic cutlery, must cost them a fortune and spoils the experience. Proper cutlery and crockery would be much better.

The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. It was very convenient to get up and go for coffee and some breakfast. Staff were friendly and the room that the buffet was in was bright, very large in size and comfortable. It was ideal for us because one of us likes to get up early and go read while the other likes to sleep in.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and gave off a vibration. We never wanted to turn on the bathroom light due to the noise of the fan (as they are both connected). We realize that the part of the hotel we stayed in was the "old" section so next time we stay we will be asking to stay in the new section. Everything else about the room was excellent.

The Inn was far enough away from the busy main road to ensure a quiet and safe relaxation area while still within easy access. The Inn is new, clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a typical buffet style with all the basics. Accessibility, parking, cleanliness, safety and comfort gives this last minute booking top marks from all the other hotels and inns we stayed at on out 3 week road trip.

The breakfast was very good. Very good variety. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful.

The blow dryer caught on fire but it was minor. There was alot of noise from the highway during the night. The set up in the room was a little strange. No night stand on one side of the bed. Made it hard to have anything by bedside. No elevators so was a little hard to bring stuff up the long stairway.

Breakfast was well done and very tasty, as well as good food variety. The hotel is very clean, staff is polite and organized (it took less than 5 minutes for the check in and check out), good sized rooms and good bathrooms. Very comfortable overall!

We were there for less than a day (from 5pm to 10am), so the only thing I would point out is the temperature of the room. As you cannot open the windows, even with low heating, the room get very warm, and with "fan only", it gets cold.

Located right off the highway, this Inn is very easy to find. From the ease of checkin to the friendly staff and comfortable, clean room, our stay there was wonderful. The well stocked breakfast, included with the room price, was delicious, abundant and everything was hot/cold as it should be.

The only complaint we would have was that being located very near the highway, once in a while the "jake" brakes from transports could be heard quite loudly in our room, which was facing in the highway's direction.

The breakfast was great ! The lady that was working was very friendly and helpful, she chatted with us for a little while, told us about the market, recommended places to visit and was genuinely nice !

Our room wasn't ready when we got there and the one they put us in was not to our liking. We told them we would wait the 30 minutes until our original room was ready. Once we got settled in the new room everything was fine.

The breakfast was good because it hit the spot and the coffee was great. The breakfast area was bright and wide open with lots of light with easy access.

The one thing that can be improved is add a electronic charging spot because there wasn't enough outlets that were easily accessible for charging cell phones and other electronic devices.

The 2 young ladies who were preparing and putting out breakfast were a little emotionally overwhelmed when 20 people showed up within 30 min of each other. They got a little rough, noisy and crittical (whispered curses and no smiles)... people notice... they looked like students so they need to learn to weather the storm with a smile...
