We enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the evening for a few drinks and darts. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There is ample parking for Big Rigs onsite which makes this an excellent alternative to spending nights in the truck while having to lay over in Moncton or do a reset.

It would be nice if the hotel offered "Trucker Rates" like other hotels in the country that are close to truck stops. This hotel is very near the Petro Pass Truck Stop and offers an excellent alternative to spending the night in the truck. Although the price is reasonable if booked online, it would attract more truck drivers if there was a financial incentive and posted advertising at the Petro Pass to accommodate truck drivers from away. The dryer in the laundry room could be fixed since it seems to take forever to dry laundry.

Great customer service the young lady Sarah at the counter was very polite and helpful served me with a beautiful smile made the checking process a breeze will be my go to hotel in Moncton after staying at multiple hotels in the city. My kids also loved the pool was very kid friendly they told me they wanted to come back to this hotel.

Not sure if there was a elevator sometimes handy when you have kids and extra bags to lug upstairs we was only on the 2nd floor no big deal.

I relocated from another hotel in Moncton to Days Inn due to its cost and location. Given some negative reviews I had read online about Days Inn, my expectations were modest. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the great ambiance of our assigned room. It was exceptionally clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot sauna, swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. I look forward to visiting again.

I did not experience much empathy from the staff on duty when I arrived at my room with my kids, wrapped in towels after coming from the swimming pool. Our door access was not working, and we were unable to enter our room, which was quite far from the Reception. I called the reception, explaining our situation, but despite our predicament, the receptionist insisted that we come to the desk, even though we were not properly dressed. After waiting for assistance that never arrived, we had to go to the Reception Desk ourselves to get another access card for the room. This was a disappointing experience, but aside from that, we enjoyed our one-night stay.

Comming in to the hotel for check in the front desk assistant was unavailable but the staff who was there was very kind and assured us that they would be right back. He took our bags as soon as we walked through the door and had amazing customer service. I meant to grab his name I was so impressed. Front desk staff was by within a few moments.

I didn’t like the counter space in the bathrooms, it would be perfect for another type of trip but we needed a lot of counter space for two cheerleaders makeup and hair stuff.

Close to everything very clean and comfortable

they no longer accept debit/ visa for deposit and only credit cards , not everyone out there owns a credit card , I use to work at the days inn in Saint John nb , and I love your hotel / breakfast but the only down fall is they no longer expect debit/visa for a deposit witch makes it hard on everyone because not everyone has a credit card , but besides that the breakfast was awesome the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and thankfully they did except my debit/ visa for the deposit so we were thankful all and all very good experience ☺️

The bed & bathroom were clean and had a backdoor for taking dog outdoors so it was very convenient for me. Also they provide a nice breakfast.

I had texted the hotel 3 previous times but my room was still not ready upon arrival so they gave me another room. Not sure how clean the carpeted floor was since people could enter directly from street. No entrance mat. Door step covered in dirt.

TV signal cut out a few times, came back quickly No kitchen supplies - no glasses. cutlery. plates - nothing - only a micro and fridge - it should be noted in the room description. because usually when there is a Kitchen there are a few supplies I was not told about the $200 security deposit charged to my credit card. I had to ask for clarification after being notified by my CC company. Not a problem BUT I should have been told about it at check-in.

The beds were so comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing.

The hot tub jets were broken and the liner inside is coming off which looks very yucky..the pool was so cloudy you couldn't see under water and everything in the gym is soaked and broken from kids going into the gym while wet from the pool..I think it's just in a bad location. The kids loved the place, kids don't care about these things.

Bed was very comfortable. Omelet station was good

Paid for king suite in the details when booking hotel says private entrance ,when we arrived there was no drive up private entrance room like that ..took a queen private entrance and there was a price difference and the lady at the desk says well it isn't that much So I got the cheaper room and had her refund me the difference ,then walked into our room to the smell of moth balls and something very musty ,smell was so bad we requested another room after moving to second room we had a good stay for the 3 days we were there.

Layout of hotel.... Kids rooms are only stairs and no elevator. Everything is far from eachother. We were 4 families in this trip. Front desk has a horrible first aid kit missing supplies for scrapes, cuts, eye injury. My stepson got hurt infront of the front desk and they didn't have the supplies to help him. The stairwells smell. Probably the humidity.
