We booked a king room and the room was bigger than I expected which was nice! The room came with a couch and a small fridge with microwave. Bathroom was great size with a large shower. everything was clean and staff was friendly. location was close to many restaurants and stores. it is right in front of the campus and we could see part of the stadium from our balcony.

not the hotel's fault but No shuttle service to casino but we took an Uber and front desk offered a number for taxi service.

I booked the room for my mother and sister as they were visiting from out of town for the Christmas holiday. When I checked in I let the guy know that they would be staying. He asked if I would like a lower floor room for my mother's convenience. This was very thoughtful. Aside from that, the property was clean and quiet.

Everything regarding the facility was great. Location, hotel's overall condition etc. There was an issue with my forgotten item in the room but after a few calls it looks like I will get my item back. After all, I can highly recommend this hotel when visiting Mount Pleasant!!!

I love the beds. Mariott mattresses are seriously the best!

The remote for the TV had dead batteries in it and we couldn't figure out how to manually turn it off. I also miss the little hotel toiletries, but I know they're not eco friendly.

The location is so close to the University. This location is also very clean.

The bathroom has no fan and that isn’t ok for using the toilet or for taking a shower. Everything is wet afterwards.

Everything was great! Thanks to the staff for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. I appreciated their friendly and helpful attitude and their ability to always resolve each of my questions or concerns. Superior staff!

Great place for just a quick, fun trip! My girls and I enjoyed the clean facilities, restaurant inside the hotel, and of course the pool. Clean, comfortable, and we will definitely be back at some point.

Room was large, enjoyed the suite

No breakfast, didn’t realize the food part until after booking. It’s weird breakfast is not provided when most hotels provide breakfast and a lower rate

Breakfast was good we got a $20.00 credit for the two of us towards breakfast. Had Starbucks coffee.

The bed did not have a topper on it so it was a bit hard. Next time I will request one if you have them
