As soon as we walked it we could smell the clean! It was a cozy place and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Our sink drained really slowly. But that was fine. I had one issue and it was not for me. A guest was in a wheelchair (larger than normal) and wanted to join her family in the pool, however due to the way the pool entrance is set up, she was unable to do so. I inquired about her entering through the outside door but, there is no handicap accessible ramp outside. I felt terrible because the woman was unable to join her grandchildren and spent a lot of her time crying because of it.

Everything was very good. Breakfast, though, maybe the only thing that could benefit from improvement. Staff was very helpful and considerate. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

There was nothing that I did not like. My wife, however, did not like the white lights in the room. She prefers yellow lights. I agree with her. White light is for work spaces, yellow is much cozier and comforting.

This facility is a great value, we stay here every year at this time.

I will never use Booking.com again. It has become very unfriendly. A mistake was made initially with no way to correct it online. The staff at Baymont was exceptional and fixed the issue. Also, when trying to cancel my reservation and redo Booking would not allow a cancellation without a fee. This was my last time using Booking.com

This hotel location has the best continental breakfast offerings. Two waffle stations with different types of sizes available to make. Homemade biscuits with a crock of sausage gravy too! Omelettes , breads, bagels, muffins and doughnuts…the list goes on. The staff was super nice, and the hotel was very clean! Great location to everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was the second time we stayed there. Wonderful accommodations and the beds were fantastic! I felt like I was at home. Each morning, the free breakfast was amazing!

The pool was closed, due to maintenance, the five days we were there, but did not inconvenience us. They had a shortage of housekeepers, so if you were not staying there for seven days, you had to do all of your own housekeeping, emptying trash, getting fresh towels, etc. Our stay was for give days.

Quiet room, Comfy bed, shower head pressure awesome, breakfast area kind of small but it was never crowded so you could get a table, food average, pool and hot tub very nice, never very busy even though the parking lot was quite full. Very convenient location for us, 5 minutes from our sons’ house.

Not far from the freeway. Very clean facility top to bottom. King room was comfortable, fairly quiet. Heating and cooling unit quieter than most. Helpful happy staff. For those heading to the casino it is very close.

For me the coffee was a bit bold, but I'm sure others were fine with that. Took awhile to figure out the TV/input source.

Ceiling fan! the lounging chaise. Bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was awesome! Room was very clean and seemed as if it had been recently updated. Staff was very friendly.

The toilet area was very small, tight and low. The breakfast was not good. coffee was terrible. Offerings were very limited. No muffins or toast available.

I did not partake in having breakfast. I'm on a diet. Although it looked like some delicious items were available, and it also looked well organized from what I could see, as other people were eating breakfast there.

My bathtub drain plug wasn't working properly. I had to hold a wash cloth over the drain and place my foot down on top of it to hold the water in, for my bath.

Our room was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The attendent Paula for the breakfast was very attentive and friendly, kept everything stocked. We stayed at the Baymont to celebrate my sisters birthday.

We had an issue with the refrigerator making a noise, but we did inform the front desk. It didn't cause any inconvenience.
