Nice hotel, good amenities, location was great. Hotel staff was fantastic. Had an unsavory experience at the pool Friday night before closing and when I mentioned it to the attendant at the counter, she definitely made it right w a discount on our stay.

Main floor floors were pretty dirty and littered. Was a busy weekend. We couldn't get our heat to regulate in the room. Either hot or freezing came out of heater. Found blood spot on our mattress pad that had clearly not been changed between guests.

Everything was great. Lydia was really selling it at the desk one would think she was the owner based upon her enthusiasm.

I didn't like the $100 charge.for my dog. I could see a deposit in case he caused damage which he didn't. I'm curious though if the families which stayed there with what appear 90 kids trashing the pool area had to pay $100 for them.

It was 4th of july weekend and a Miranda Lambert Concert was playing at soaring Eagle Casino So the hotel did not have enough employees to clean the rooms and the check out is 12 noon Which the company might want to consider changing to 11:30 for checkout, We had to wait a good hour to even check in into our room in the lobby.

What I liked was it was close to the soaring eagle

The room was clean and modern. The pool and spa were well kept. The smart televisions are great! The lobby area was very clean and a great place for us to eat our meal as a family, while watching the NFL playoffs. The breakfast was great. The women that runs it did a great job keeping things stocked. The staff was very friendly and I can sense that they are a high functioning group.

The staff at check in was rude . And when We asked for towels for pool because there wasn’t any and the guy brought us bath mats for towels it took him a half hour to bring them and shower soap and conditioner bottles in room shower didn’t work

The woman behind the counter that worked was Fantastic and so accommodating. She was very professional and exceptionally good with all the children. Amazing customer service and very supportive. I believe her name was Lydia.

I have no complaints.

Best breakfast options I've had so far at a hotel

Lights in room where to dim. We had 4 females trying to do their hair and makeup and unfortunately the lamps where to dim so we took turns in the bathroom. Other than that it was a perfect stay

The room was clean and had lots of room to move around .the breakfast in the morning was really good.

The the fridge frozen are drinks. And that you had big bottles of baby soap and shampoo that other people have use on the wall. And hand shop by the sink . I would rather have a small bottle that I know no one else had used.. you never know if other people put something in it. That you didn't have alot of parking .so we have to park at ihop.

It was as nice to go for a swim when we got back from the casino. We thought it might be closed for the night but it was open and it was so pleasant. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was also delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in manager (Jared, I believe) was friendly and helpful. The hot tub / pool area was open and well maintained (always appreciated).

Only one complaint, which is one that could apply to almost EVERY hotel/inn... The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold, and needed to be microwaved.
