Love the location. Love the staff. The breakfast is always good and the beds are comfortable. The best part was an intersection with the front desk staff. Oddly enough I never saw housekeeping during my stay.

The cleanliness of the room was horrible. Hairs in the bathroom. Dark hand print on the shower curtain, shower curtain was pink and moldy at the bottom. No conditioner in shower, crumbs on the carpet. I did send a message to the hotel with zero response. Drawers had evidence of previous guests in them. The pee on the base of the toilet was not pleasant to see either.

We booked a handicap room with walk in shower. We were given a regular room with no walk in. They did switch us to a room with walk in shower, but there was no safety bars on the walls for handicap people to use. Our second room was okay. I just wished there was more safety bars in the shower area as the bathtub was a little slippery due to the water softer that is used at the facility.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful

Toilet paper roll had very little with no backup roll. Breakfast had eggs and sausage that were near empty and very dry. There were two pieces of bread. No one was present to maintain quantities

Would love to have had the little bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion offered as the pumps in the shower were not filled and was difficult to push the creams out. Didn’t have lotion available at all as it was not offered like most hotels do.

The property was gorgeous. It had been a crazy week of snow and freezing weather and they had the parking lot cleared- sidewalks shoveled. It was great!

The only problem that I had was that the bathroom door would only stay open if you put a door stopper there.

This is the best Best Western around and its the only Best Western I will stay at in my travels. For those who want a clean hotel with wonderful breakfast and a smiling hostess- this is the hotel for you! Kudos to the staff here.

Convenient to expressway and restaurants and gas stations.

Hard to find entrance drive; didn’t honor request for room at end of hallway; desk employee wouldn’t give me a receipt for payment. Said I had to get a receipt from booking.com. No microwave in room. Could hear conversation in next room.

I don't think I'm the best judge for continental breakfast setup here in the US, as I have been spoiled rotten from Asia, buffets and chefs on call is probably not something that takes place here. However, you can make your own oats, cereal, and waffle. A defective juice dispenser, probably instant, but a functional kitchen nonetheless.

Nothing much really, whatever they have gets the job done. Perhaps if there is something, it would be more protein options. Then again, for us, all we needed was a clean and proper room and friendly staff and they truly delivered. I noticed other hotels in the vicinity have a pool.

Breakfast was ok but not a large selection of items. Hotel was very clean and quiet. In a good location with numerous restaurants within walking distance

The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. And no grab bar or handle of any kind in the shower - only a bar outside the curtain.

The room was super clean, even the floors. The beds were very comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows to choose from that were very comfortable as well. Continental breakfast was adequate, waffles, cereal, breads, etc. coffee. etc.

The tv remote was hard to use even though they replaced the batteries. I guess I just couldn't figure out how to maneuver thru the guide. The tv itself was a good tv. Also missed not having a microwave, but not real important.
