EVERYTHING but most of all the STAFF !!! Aubrey, Eve & Alyssa at the front desk were absolutely phenomenal and couldn’t have gone any further to make our stay comfortable. This was not a planned stay. However, our car broke down and was towed to an auto shop in this town. We arrived in a tow truck at the front door & they went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable with their kindness & empathy. Other than that this was one of the nicest Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at. Very clean, nicely sized rooms, the cabinetry was lovely, bathrooms were spacious and very clean. But the people, oh - the people that’s what made all the difference. Superb customer service Aubrey, Alyssa & Eve. Thank you.

Not a thing.

It looked brand new. The elevator always smelled like a clothes dryer which was very nice. Everything was very clean. Really loved the unique furniture setup with the rolling desk and tv shelf and mini fridge area. Everything in the room and out felt very brand new and stylish. Was very surprised by the forward contemporary design.

Could of used extra pillows and towels and toilet paper. Didn’t really like bugging people to ask for some of that. The room was giant which felt empty and the one window shade didn’t work. Was expecting a king size bed but don’t think it was in fact a king. If check out time is noon, the breakfast and coffee and food area all needs to be open till at least noon or 1 or 2pm. People may want lunch. And or definitely a coffee before leaving. It seems smarter to keep people around and spend money then sending them off to Starbucks.

I liked the convenience of being just down the road & around the corner from Soaring Eagle casino. Loved how the room looked brand new & very clean! Great job to the staff! Thank you.

I feel they should at least have free coffee & a free continental breakfast for their guests in the morning.

Very clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was very good. Breakfast was good although they ran out of bread for toast and didn’t refill.

The floor in our room shook a little which caused clinking sounds from the closet. The shower head barely had water coming out. Everything else was great!

It was very clean and very appealing. The room was extremely comfortable as far as the bed and the furniture. The bathroom was very nice.

It was hot. Our room was so hot we turned on the air conditioner for the duration of our stay. I was looking forward to a nice session in the fitness room but it was so hot that there was no way I was going to exert myself in that uncomfortable heat.

The breakfast was nice, not very busy in the eating area. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious, and we enjoyed the pool and fitness rooms to ourselves.

I don't think there's was one thing I didn't like. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful facility. Looks like it’s just been remodeled. The rooms are beautiful. Everything is super clean. The staff was really friendly.

Just like society, they price gouge when a popular singer is playing at Soaring Eagle. I paid over $300 for one night stay when it should be $140.

The location was perfect for our trip. The rooms and pool were nice

The breakfast bar doesn't stay open for people that wake up later for breakfast. We were not able to pay cash for our room and was told we had to pay with a card and when we checked out could pay in cash and be reimbursed our card charges.

Beds were very comfortable and the shower was really nice. Super close to the casino.

No free breakfast and the breakfast ended at 10 so we couldn't get it anyways.

Good location, clean, bed was great. Had a full bar with menu. That was nice. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast is not included. $12.99 for breakfast buffet is a little much.
