The place is unique and away from the crowds. Great way to learn about tea making in Sri Lanka. The staff was very attentive . Thanks for all the small touches( snacks, gift and they even filled our water bottles twice a day). The building has character. We got great advice from the naturalist for a walk and enjoyed the pool in the plantation.

The hotel can arrange the transport to the hotel. Check in advance. We booked our own taxi and had to change to the Tuk Tuk for the last 5km. However the 🛺 ride was great fun.

An amazing property set high in the tea plantations.Surrounding countryside is spectacular.The building itself is amazing and the staff are super.We enjoyed every minute of our stay .The tea factory experience was great and we did a guided walk to the waterfall.Lovely swimming pool.

Dining room is dark .It might be nice to have some outside seating

The dinner menu entree and dessert disappointing. The main dish was tasty but very simple. The road to ten property needs an experienced driver so sure and to arrive before dark.

The tea factory experience was nice, service was amazing and the food was really tasty. The place has amazing views and a huge space to discover around the factory. Their tea is delicious!

The place is pretty remote and getting there by car without a local driver might be tough. However they offer pickup from the nearby city.

The two-day stay was overwhelming! Even the journey by taxi from Nuwara Eliya was very scenic and impressive! The rooms and the restaurant were fantastic for us as a family. Good food and of course good tea ☕️😊. On the second day, a taxi was even organised for the onward journey to Kandy.

The experience itself. Dinner was delicious, renovation project was very well done, staff very friendly.

Eye for detail - the room is very nice but some things were not matching with the price like wholes on the mosquito net, the chairs were not clean, the shower was dripping

The site was purely unique and well loved. The staff were professional, attentive and accommodating to our needs.
