All staff members are super helpful. They also upgraded my room.

House cleaning needs to be taken care of. They didn’t replenish the coffee and also didn’t wash the glasses provided in the room. The bedsheet had blood stains.

The rooms are very cozy, stylishly decorated, have everything you need. Very clean, cleaned every day. The beds are comfortable. Special thanks to the staff. Unfortunately, I did not remember the name of the young man who met my wife and me and accommodated us, but I am very grateful to him - he tried to fulfill all our wishes - a quiet room with a perfectly working air conditioner. He called back, clarified if everything was okay. This is very nice!! Also thanks to the staff responsible for parking - they always found a place, helped. Everyone is very attentive, polite and welcoming. With pleasure, once again, I recommend this hotel!! Thank you for not disappointing, but delighting every time!! Good luck and prosperity!!

Our recent stay at Courtyard Batumi by Marriot was nothing short of spectacular, and it played a huge role in making our birthday and engagement celebration absolutely unforgettable. what truly set the experience apart was the incredible surprise upgrade to a luxurious suite! The suite itself was pure indulgence—spacious, elegantly decorated, and offering breathtaking views that added a magical touch to our special moments. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The hotel’s location also added an extra layer of charm to our stay. Nestled in the heart of Batumi, it was the perfect balance of convenience and beauty.

It’s a very modern nice building (from what I saw the most beautiful one in Batumi 🥹) The rooms are spacious, clean and modern as well. The staff is friendly, ready to help if needed. We were allowed to check-in early in the morning for extra charge and were upgraded free of charge. Thanks Irakli for his help! The breakfast is nice, even if you come late, you still have plenty of options, not just leftovers :D The hotel is very close to the beach. You have access to SPA (swimming pool, gym etc). All in all, it was a great experience!

I have to say if we were not upgraded I wouldn’t be satisfied with a view. I specifically booked a room with a sea view and we were supposed to live on the 3rd floor (out of 5 possible) - and basically the room was facing the wall of another building. The partial sea view would still be there but it doesn’t feel right to just face the grey wall, even if you can see the sea. We were upgraded and had a room on the 4th floor which was above this building, so the view was much much better. Just keep that in mind if you specifically look for sea view ✌️

I liked the hotel's facilities, new, spacious and clean. The hotel has a great swimming pool and a nice spa. The interior is very nicely decorated, has a modern and tasteful feel to it.

The location is not very pleasant, there is a construction site near the entrance, and the other site also faces some construction, with some construction noise.

The breakfast is not good enough. No many options provided. We don’t like it that much the food. In the last two days, we go and eat outside. Also it’s noisy in at night. Music outside from Sunset restaurant and beach activities.

This is a brand new hotel that fully corresponds to the 5-start label. The personell is extremely friendly and willing to help, SPA is splendid, rooms are stylish and comfortable, breakfasts are very rich. The location is, however, dubious: the hotel is located in right in the middle of the esplanade, which is great, but the heart of the city is located a few districts away, closer to the port.

The views from the rooms did not entirely satisfy me: since the hotel does not face the sealine, but the parking lot and is only 5-storey high, one can only expect to see shore at an angle.
