The Hotel is located at a gasoline station ("Autohof"), but next to a very nice mountain scene. The price is very good for what you get. The rooms are very clean. Everything was nice. The staff was hardly speaking english, but it was not a problem as I know some spanish words. This hotel is used by many truck drivers and they were having a great time at the bar downstairs. The ambiente was very lovely and has a good spirit. They have a 24 hour security person to take care of the area. It was a nice sleep over place for my long distance motorbike trip.

We were driving from the UK to Portugal, and the location of the property is really good. Just outside the motorway and with private parking. The property also has a restaurant with really nice food and good sized portions. Breakfast is available and was good. They provided also a discount for the petrol station that was really handy.

Only thing could be it can be a bit noisy with all the lorries outside.

An unexpectedly nice hotel in the north of Spain, near to beautiful scenery and historic remains. The hotel itself is a kind of truckers resting place of good quality, the best highway hotel I have seen. All kinds of facilities. Pets free, parking free, WiFi free. Beautiful room and bathroom. EV charging station on site. Affordable prices. All in all, it was much better than I was anticipating. Touristic sites nearby. Supermarket on 5 minutes drive. Well done.

Excellent overnight stop. Very clean and super friendly staff. They even prepared us a little bag of useful things for our dog. Cafe / bar equipped with all the most delicious Spanish delicacies. And the breakfast is a small essential and satisfying buffet. I will definitely stop again there in my way to Portugal . ❤️‍🔥

Funny long pillow in the room for the double bed. Would be better to have two pillows hehe

The place is very clean and smells nice and fresh, the bed is comfortable. The room was spacious, and they even gave a bed and some products for our dog. The service is also great :) very friendly staff

There is no air-conditioning. The room wasn't extremely warm so it didn't matter that much :)

Convenient location. Bar , Restaurant were friendly and open quite late. We had drinks in bar at 10.30pm. Good price Hotel is part of a large off motorway service station but do not let that put you off. Very nice accommodation and very convenient on way home through France. 24 hr front desk. Comfortable, peaceful nights sleep Very clean

Been visiting san roman for many years both on rhe way to Spain and on the way back. So 2 visits every year, excluding the pandemic, and we were disappointed with the machine. Staff were brilliant

The automatic check in was very slow in comparison to human interaction. The passport didn't scan at first then after a restart it was okay until the issue of the key card. It didn't issue one, so I had to contact a human and quick as a flash all done

Restaurant staff ! These guys are rude beyond belief, I had hair in my food told the waiter he just shrugged his shoulders, my sister had hair in her main meal, again nothing Went to pay and was shouted at because I stood at the wrong place at the bar, Hotel staff resolved.

The rooms where spotless, a fair size that fitted 2 singles beds comfortably with room for walking and luggage. The bathroom was a good size and shower was hot. The cafeteria downstairs was inviting with nice, varied food. Staff where freindly

Gorgeous room, super clean. They had dog beds and bowls ready for our arrival too. A nice touch.l The entrance is inside the petrol station shop, so I found it a bit confusing. More because I wasn't expecting. It is great though, as it has a convinience store and everything you need just downstairs.
