Very quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that it is a little out of the main Boulder area. Also has a walking trail right behind the property, and a playground for those with kids. Property is very pet friendly as well.

As far as we could find, property does not have an elevator. Only convenience issue for us but would be a major issue for anyone with mobility limitations. Possible it was just difficult to find but wasn’t mentioned by staff and we did not mind enough to track someone down to ask.

Big room, really friendly and helpful staff, clean, a kitchen so you can cook, right next to the Open Space for outdoors, and quiet. (No highway noise, though the walls are thin.)

The little single serve coffee makers are not adequate for some of us, and no regular coffee before 7 is awfully late. It would be great to have a coffee maker in the kitchen so people could make their own in the morning. I'm sure silverware "walks away from" the kitchen, too, but keeping an eye on the space and stocking it would be nice.

The hotel owners, brothers, were very amiable. I liked that the room was so big. My friend and I could actually walk about and sit on a couch, and write out our postcards on a small table. Other luxury hotels just had two beds and a little walkway in between the beds and dressers, and only one chair, when there were two of us. It was clean. I kind of missed having a rug on the floor, but the floor was clean. I just wore shoes. The bathroom was fine but . . . (see what I didn't like).

I liked the stay overall, but having the sink outside of the bathroom to serve as a bathroom sink and a kitchen sink was a little funky. I mentioned they could have extended the bathroom to include a sink, but we got used to it. We were only there two days. The boys (owners) said it was an old hotel and they were refurbishing when they could. We didn't like the breakfast. It was just continental with toast, muffins, and cereal. There were some hot hard-boiled eggs in a bowl. I dropped mine in the bowl of ice for the yogurt so it would peel better. But we did like our stay very much.

Clean pleasant family owned hotel not in the middle of the city. I kept extending my stay until I found a rental space. I stayed here for 20 days until I found a place to move into. It’s in a nice safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. You can go on walks it has a lake nearby. My room was spacious and clean. I had everything I needed while I was here. They have a community kitchen where you can cook. Filled with pots and pans, utensils, toaster, fridge etc. in case you stay longer. The rooms have very comfortable beds had very nice soft sheets. I highly recommend Twin Lakes Inn. If you are conscious eater breakfast may be good to skip. I’m glad they have organic teas and honey. Breakfast is simple and you get choices like muffins, sweets, oatmeal, toasts with butter, honey and marmalade. There is creamer and milk in the fridge for your coffee. Big corporation food expect tea and honey. If you eat mindlessly breakfast will be satisfying. 😉 Thank you Twin Lakes Inn. Book with confidence. Many Blessings

Spacious room. Very quiet. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed. Fairly good continental breakfast with good coffee, real half and half, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit. Fridge and microwave. Good wi-fi. Very close to trails around Twin Lakes. Lovely residential neighborhood.

Needed some maintenance. Closet door came off. Was put back on but not completely fixed as door could not close completely. No elevator and dark upper half of stairway. No staff on site after 6:00 pm, though not really a problem.

The location was pretty, had a walking trail around a water area. Also a half mile walk through trails to Avery Brewery. Nice people at check in desk.

Bed was a little uncomfortable. No elevator to the second floor rooms(but they do have ground floor rooms). A little dated, and they were renovating as well. Not much of a breakfast choice due to renovation, I assume. Not close to anything within walking distance other than scenic Residential neighborhood and the Brewery.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown, so it's less convenient (but to be fair, the price is way more affordable than hotels close to downtown as well). On the other hand, it's right next to a beautiful lake-side park and great for a pleasant walk. Also, it is very close to some good brewery.

The breakfast included is very simple. I wish there could be a bit more options or to be provided at a reasonable price. I do appreciate that the hotel offered mugs and real utensils to reduce the waste to the minimum. The only waste in the end is our paper plates.

Peaceful location, next to a suburban park. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is under renovation, but the facilities are practical and good. Extremely good value. Breakfast is basic, but all good and fresh. If you have a car, then this is a very good option indeed. A great brewery with good food is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice and roomy, and the staff were excellent! Everything was clean, and the breakfast was fine for us - yogurt, banana , mini danish, cereals and oatmeal - I didn't explore further. The bed was very comfy! Decent coffee in the room as well as in the breakfast room. The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful with ideas of where to hike, and on the last day, the woman was also very helpful. We didn't use them but washers and dryers were available - nice touch when hiking a lot!

No complaints - it's a no-frills place that was just fine.

Genuine care and kindness was evident from the owner. Very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Very good continental breakfast! There was also a shared communal kitchen for cooking your own food. Our room was just as pictured and beds are comfortable. Good shower and coin operated commercial washer and dryer. I'd stay here again.
