The property was in an excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and the port for easy access to day tours and the beach. The staff were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help us with any needs or concerns. Or package included breakfast and it was fresh and delicious. They also have a tour agency connected to the property which makes booking tours simple and easily accessible.

Although there was a pool that you have access to it’s not located directly on the property we stayed at. But it was a very short walk and you spend most of your time exploring the islands and beaches so it did not pose a problem.

It’s a basic hotel but the staff is very friendly and helpful. They coordinate the pickup and drop offs as well as the scheduled activities very well. The breakfasts and lunches very reasonably priced and well prepared. Good widescreen tv and hot/cold shower. Room cleaned daily and excellent laundry service.

The room safe was not really a safe, so don’t take expensive valuables. There was also a power outage one morning but this was for the whole town, not just the hotel.

Location is great, close to main area but far enough away to avoid the bustle. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms have hot water. The AC works great. The staff was helpful and responsive. Overall a good option for the price.

It can get a bit noisy if people are talking downstairs or outside, since the sound travels easily. The bathroom had a slight sewage odor at all times.

The staff is amazing, very attentive and available at all times - even though not everyone speaks english, they all try and do their best. The room was great, good shower and good air-conditioning. Cheap restaurant for clients.

There were only two breakfast options, which is not very flexible. Also, only one made dish per person, so not a lot of choices. No elevator, only stairs - but the staff help with the luggage.

This hostel is in a perfect location just off of Av. Charles Darwin where you can find restaurants, shops and an ATM. It was a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 mins from the ferry port. We had a spacious apartment with excellent AC and a full kitchen. The staff provided fresh towels daily which was nice also. The breakfast was tasty and overall the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to see the Galapagos.

Excellent location, near to the centre and all amenities within a short walking distance. Breakfast freshly prepared and satisfying. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Very clean and also had a tour agency which made booking trips easy.

The staff went above and beyond. My daughter fell ill and the cook prepared food especially for her and the staff helped with medical recommendations. We had no internet reception in our room and within one day this was fixed with our very own modem. The room was large and very comfy beds, the air con worked perfect and it was very clean.

The hoto is two small blocks away from the main street -- Ave. Charles Darwin. It's a convenient location and a quiet neighborhood. There is a tour company right at the hotel so it is easy to book tours. They even prepare breakfast for you to take away if your need to leave early for the tour.

No view and no swimming pool at the hotel.

Great stay here. Very comfortable and amazing shower. Staff friendly and accommodating. Everywhere clean. Close to the port and centre.

Room looked a bit different to the photos, it was a lot smaller. But it was still nice. Also we asked for our breakfast to be taken away in the morning and it wasn’t ready for us so we were almost late for our ferry which was a bit annoying.
