This hotel boasts an absolutely prime location for any cycling enthusiast! It serves as the perfect launchpad for exploring scenic routes, with easy access to numerous bike trails right from the doorstep. What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional bike room. It's not just a place to store your bike; it's a fully equipped workshop! You'll find everything you need for maintenance and repairs, including a comprehensive toolkit, a bike stand, and even an air pump. It’s clear they’ve thought of everything a cyclist could want, making post-ride tune-ups a breeze.

There is definitely room for improvement in the overall cleanliness. During my stay, I noticed some areas, both in the rooms and hallways, could benefit from more attention. A bit more focus on these details would elevate the entire experience, making it a truly exceptional stay for everyone.

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area of Arco, and the staff is very polite and genuinely caring. Even the lack of 24-hour reception did not affect our stay. The surrounding mountains are beautiful, and they offer plenty of opportunities for hiking and cycling. If you need additional supplies, there are shops and rental services available in the area.

It's a rather controversial bathroom design, adding romance if you're traveling as a couple, but it takes away from it if you have a fairly adult child.

The room was pretty spacious, and it was very practically decorated. There was a lot of space not only in the wardrobe for the clothes, but also in the bathroom area for cosmetics. The room was very clean, it was cleaned every day. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. There was a big terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains and 2 sun-beds and a table. On the highest floor there was a beautiful sunny terrace with sunbeds, a jacuzzi and sauna available for all residents. The hotel is 20 minutes by foot from the river and 15 minutes from a few restaurants. The personel was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were incredible. There was a lot of delicious food to choose from. There were also a lot of gluten and lactose free options. There were also tables on the terrace so one could have eaten the breakfast in the sun with a beautiful view. There was a garage in the hotel that also was available for all residents and completely free.

There was a shower in the middle of the room so if one needs some privacy, forget it.

The location is fabulous and also the rooms view. The facility is too close to Arco CC and Riva Del Garda CC. The rooms are highly tech. They provide good area for breakfast sitting and they make different types of eggs and coffee upon request. Car parking is always available and secured.

They were no variety in the breakfast and the breakfast area is really narrow. TV is old and channels were available

Staff was kind and helped with recommendations for adventures, restaurants and more, place is modern, clean and functional. Indoor parking and bikeroom.

As in many other places in Italy, I wish the hot water in the shower would be hotter.... Twin bed mattress was simple and bounced eveytime someone rolled in bed.

the fact that the shower room (which is separate from the actual bathroom) is in the room (as also the sink) and has no door (just a partial glass partition), which could be a issue if you have your child with you or if you want some privacy (we were 3 guests in a triple room)

The breakfast service was excellent. A large selection of everything you can think of and very nice and attentive staff who were constantly clearing away used dishes and making sure everything was ok. The hotel is in a great location, almost in the center. The staff is very willing and responsive to requests. On the roof, you can use the jacuzzi for free with a view of the city and the mountains.

Everything was great.

All of the staff was so lovely, kind and chatty. The rooms was gorgeous and clean, the hotel has everything you would need, food at breakfast was gorgeous especially the omelettes! :)

The only thing for us was being so far away from everything, but the hotel was worth the travelling for , and a fault of our own , nothing to do with hotel.
