Very peaceful and restful location no noise

The directions how to find the location it took nearly two hours to find the directions map was hopeless . What needed is written instructions eg stay on main road ignore sign to Santiago just carry on until passing petrol station go up hill until going through the tunnel, Then take first on left marked Trencher as turn left go down the hill to the bottom passing the old metal anchor on left keep going until the end apartments directly in front turn left and car park on right.

Fantastic quiet location with amazing views of the sea and Mt Teide. The sunrises every morning were stunning and just a short walk up the road you get to see the sunset over El Hierro.

The wooden construction of the apartments meant there wasn’t much soundproofing but guests seemed to be very considerate of others so it wasn’t a problem.

The whole place felt very personal and trusting. The keys were easy to find as we arrived after the reception had closed, they included a map for us to see where our apartment was. The view was lovely and it was very quiet and peaceful. Definately a place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday. The apartment facilites in the apartment were very good. There aren't any restaurants close by so self catering in terms of cooking yourself breakfast and lunch is essential. There are restaurants in the harbour area for a nice evening meal. The swimming pool was very nice.

It was very hot and a fan would have been nice to help cool down. A shelf in the shower would be useful to put shower gel on instead of it being on the floor. Just tiny things.

We liked the location on one of our favorite Canary Islands. The scale and atmosphere of the area is low key, which we look for in our travels. The climate on this side of the island was reliably warm and sunny and the view from our balcony was spectacular! Monica and Isabel were very attentive and helpful….and they both could speak English which was appreciated from us Americans. We hope to return.

Be aware that there is no oven, but that did not hinder us in self-catering.

Location, layout and space - enjoyed the small pool - friendly staff , lots of books to borrow

Some of the furnishings were in need of replacement- eg carpet, kettle

Nice first floor apartment, on the rock above Playa Santiago. Smallish bedroom with comfortable twin beds. Small sitting room with open kitchen, well equipped. Bathroom with shower. Small shared swimming pool downstairs. Reception area (limited opening hours). Overlooking the ocean, great views.

The wooden construction is not at all sound proof; the apartments are blocks of four (two downstairs, two above) and you can hear every word the neighbours say. It's rather dark inside with the shutters closed (presumably to keep the summer heat out).

Lovely sea view. Just 1 km from the airport but quiet location. No traffic noise. Only a small number of planes each day. No screaming kids! But children and dogs living at next door property! Small supermarket in nearby Balcon Santa Ana less than 5 minutes walk away. Access to town and restaurants via zigzag path

Nothing serious - we arrived on a Saturday when reception closed. Reception open only for 2 hours in the morning, so the broken waiters friend couldn't be replaced until the Monday.

Loved the giant succulent, banana plants and landscaping. Great ocean view. Handy supermarket

The hot water ran out after one shower.

I love the view from appartment, seeing El Teide every morning was one of the best moments there.

Not a fast and always good working wifi is sometimes problem when you need to work.

The apartment was in a great location,clean & the views was stunning.The pool area was great for relaxing again with beautiful views
