All inclusive, friendly staff, good buffet, excellent views

1. Even though we were told that we could book restaurants, we could not book any. We were promised from the start availability but could not book them due to app technical issues and unaccountable staff to aid us 2. We submitted 4 requests for laundry and none were completed 3. We had to pay for water and ice which was shocking considering water is a necessity. 2.70 euros for water, and 5 euros for ice. 4. Salt and pepper shakers at the buffet never worked 5. Got jammed in an elevator and no emergency phone was present. If it weren’t for my partner prying the door open we probably would have suffocated.

- The resort is very nice and very clean - The gardens are very beautiful - The staff is very friendly and they speak a good English compared to other regions of Spain - The buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good and you have a lot of options, the dinner has a thematic that changes every day - Each night you can enjoy a different show in the resort while enjoying drinks from bar - Direct view to sunset from bar terrace - Adults only pool & area

- The a la carte restaurants do not have such good food, they have some basic dishes and it is hard to find reservations for dinner, anyhow I recommend the buffet over them - The drinks menu needs improvements, many more options should be added to all restaurants (such as fresh juices, smoothies), only the evening bar has good cocktails but it opens up at 18:00 - The coffee is very bad, the only acceptable one is at the pool bar or the evening bar - More umbrellas are needed in the pool areas, at crowded times there are many sunbeds that lack shadow

Hotel lovely, breakfast good, staff great

The bar was very expensive and not in line with prices across the island.. A small beer was 8 Euros which is silly

The hotel was excellent, the view, the pool, the room-everything excellent. Easy access to the beach-that was great too!Thw room had a spectacular view! You must choose a partial sea view or a ful sea view, otherwise you may face the parking. The buffet was great, delicious fruits, cheese and general selection was great.Staff very friendly.Saray in the restaurant was very cute and friendly same as the Receptionist who did our check in and the bell boy who brought us to the room.

For a 5*hotel to pay 6euros for 1l water.I would expect a daily water refill in the room.

Beautiful location, very clean, staff incredibly friendly and professional. As a solo traveller, I appreciated not being uncomfortably singled out (which often happens at resorts), and actually was respectfully treated. Even placed in quieter areas and at nice restaurant tables.

A bit tricky with various luxury/inclusive options. I opted for all-inclusive yet was often offered beverage options that were in fact not included. This resulted in extra costs, albeit minimal.

Very big hotel, lots of things to do.

Besides that you pay not a small amount of staying, you have to pay for coffee at the room, tea, even water bottles. Not all the staff is speaking fluent English but that’s not a big problem. Room cleaning is not the best, floors were dirty from day 1. Breakfast was good but every day absolutely same.

Location. Beautiful courtyard with fountains. Excellent pools and gardens

All inclusive was only available in one mediocre restaurant plus as we were staying a week we could go to another restaurant 3 times. But the all inclusive was not nice and we thought that was not all inclusive. Drinks were all included

Long sea water pool. Gym. Courtyard. Art.

First room had a concrete balcony so couldn’t see the sea, despite the room being described as sea view. Starting to feel a bit tired in places.

Location and overall facilities, pools etc. Food was from very good to excellent in all restaurants we tried. Asian at Nami was exceptional. Customer service and human interactions were also exceptional.

- tricky to book restaurants, very narrow timings and fairly stressful process - but there are many good places to eat outside the hotel. Plug for “B on the Rocks”in town, likely the best restaurant on the island. - coffee at breakfast is self service machine only. V average vs rest of hotel level, and an easy thing to fix?

The quiet pool was a treat, there was lots of room to spread out. We could easily got onto a promenade and walk outside the hotel. The hotel as architecturally lovely, with lush trees and interesting features. Staff were lovely, our cleaner was so nice. The room was immaculate, the pool cat was a bonus. There was loads for children to do, we wished we'd brought our grandchildren. We've never been to Tenerife and I feel this hotel has spoilt us for visiting any others

We never managed to visit the restaurants, the app failed us for booking dinner. The toilet would be much better without a telephone in it! There was easy to find gluten free but dairy free was harder to figure out so we just didn't bother. The payment for coffee and tea in the room was a new thing and we didn't understand the points on the app. Some of our problems may have been because we can't read Spanish. It didn't spoil our break.
