We had a lovely very comfortable, clean two bedroom sea view apartment. The apartment was well equipped and if you want to stay in and cook then you can. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms which was very good as it did get very hot as the day went on. El Marques is located in a quiet place with various small lovely restaurants and pubs close by. The property has a lovely big pool and plenty of cushioned sun beds. There is also a restaurant and a bar at the property, but I cannot add a review about the restaurant as we did not eat there. The staff are lovely and very helpful. El Marques is a beautiful place to have a nice quiet relaxing holiday. If you want a lovely quiet holiday in a nice quiet location then this is ideal. The sunsets are fantastic too. But if you want a busier, noisier holiday with lots of other holidaymakers around you then Puerto de Santiago and Los Gigantes would not be for you. We had a fantastic holiday here and we have holidayed here several times and will definitely return again. One more thing is that the resort is more a destination for couples than for families.

The view from our balcony was unbelievable, the whole apartment was very clean and it had everything that we could ever need, the location was also a big plus, having the natural pools just 10 minutes walk away, and Lorena from the reception made us feel more than welcome with her amazing treat. We are definitely coming back soon.

There's nothing to complaint about, everything exceeded our expectations. No matter how hard I try to think about something to add here, the whole experience was just great. Nothing negative to write, we just loved it.

Hotel enabled both eating out / restaurant meals and self catering. Great little apartment that had everything you need - fully equipped, and even had fancy toiletries provided. Well laid out, spacious. Very very good value for money! Well positioned for Los Gigantes, beaches, snorkelling and travel around the island for days out. (Bus stop is right outside, and places are walkable in both directions.) Reception staff were fantastic - especially Lucia! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Pool was good - relaxed and spacious and clean, with daily inflatable sessions that the kids loved. Never felt too busy, despite sunbeds always being full. Restaurant was great - serving staff were friendly and food was generally delicious. There are 2 lovely outside terraces with views across the ocean. Next to the bar / restaurant and on the reception level. Also a few arcade type games to play outside which the kids enjoyed, and a small play area. Everything was clean and well-kept and up to date. Hotel felt relaxed and calm. Walking distance to SuperDino and Lidl supermarkets, and also walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, ATM, viewing point, natural rock ‘swimming pool’, a few beaches, Los Gigantes little town and Playa de la Arena area. (This last one a little further to walk in the heat- but bus is €2 and takes 5 mins) Would definitely stay again.

The room had dirty finger marks on the bathroom door and had not been swept properly. The beds were hard. 1 member of the restaurant serving staff came across as rude, even though everyone else was fantastic. The food in the restaurant and the included breakfast was variable. Mostly it was delicious - but you could order a dish for lunch one day and it would be made differently the next day, so it was hard to know whether you would like what you were getting. Also twice I had fruit for breakfast that had gone off - once some watermelon, and once a slice of pineapple.

The 2-bedroom apartment was big with a sea view balcony the bed is comfy and has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need in it if you want cock. The pool is good and free parking outside the hotel. Lidl 5 min walk and another supermarket at the back door. 35min drive from the airport

They said cleaning every week but they do it every 3 days which is good but they didn't check if you running out of shampoo and hand soap You have to ask. And the girl in the reception first day she was great but the next day I asked her about the swimming towel she was rude to me because I returned the towel on the same day after swimming she told me I had to keep it till check out didn't know she wasn't professional. The location is not good if you want to do activities you need to drive 25 min

- Enough space: duplex apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a decently sized living room - Interior was in a good shape, well equipped (with extra blankets etc.), and everything was working well - Two supermarkets real close, a number restaurants not far as well

- The room was supposed to have a view (and pictures alluded to it), but in reality it was on the ground floor with a view to the nearby hotel building (unless they count a glimpse of a cliff as you lean away from the balcony as a view...) - Parking in the evening could be a challenge as there are many hotels in the vicinity and all nearby streets are pretty much packed (there's a paid parking for 12 euro a day as a last resort) - Wifi was very unreliable, often slow or not working at all - Cleaning could have been more frequent

We had a wonderful stay at Ona el Marqués. When booking, I requested an apartment with an ocean view, and the staff kindly fulfilled this request — we were given a room with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs right from our terrace. Starting the day with breakfast and such a view made everything feel even more special. The apartment was well-equipped, and the complex itself is full of greenery, flowers, and a peaceful atmosphere. The complimentary bottle of wine also made us happy. The pool area was clean and inviting. All the receptionists we spoke with were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. On our departure day, they allowed us to leave our luggage in storage and enjoy the pool with fresh towels until our evening flight — a lovely gesture. All in all, it was a perfect vacation. 10 out of 10!

I liked it everything. Location is excellent; bus stop 2min walking distance. You for Lidl 2 mint walking distance. Mercadona 7min walking distance. The hotel is comfortable, the common areas well designed, the pool is super nice, the restaurant nice food, cheap prices. The villa, I loved it, kitchens has everything you need, the room comes with all the toiletries you need. Staff super kind and helpful. Honestly I can’t complain about anything. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very nice. Spacious rooms and a wonderful ocean view. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, with everything that you need. A Lidl store is nearby, and a Dino store is on the other side of the apartment complex – but much more expensive. The pool is small, but it's enough for a swim and a refreshing after a long day of hiking. The bar and restaurant have good priced services. The location is okay, but next time we'll look for a beach without rocks. It was picturesque here, but we swam and went to Adeje or Playa de Arena. Los Cristianos definitely has the best location, with a very long, wide beach.

Breakfast was very poor. If it weren't for the fact that we didn't bother to prepare food, we would have definitely given up after the first day. there was parking , but sometimes, it took 20 minutes to find a parking space near the complex

Apartment light, modern and roomy. Loads of wardrobe/cupboard space. Ideal kitchen facilities. Lovely lounge area, we used the sofa bed for 4 nights when a friend joined us.. Fantastic views of the cliffs, sea and pretty buildings nearby. Lifts to get to apartment good. Very quiet. Very clean, cleaner came and changed bedding and towels after 3 days. Toiletries provided, as was washing up liquid and T towels. Good shower. A big fridge freezer. Washing machine if you needed it. Good TV WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS.

Luckily we arrived late afternoon and we were given directions to our room which seemed complex at the time, there were 3 sets of steps then up a lift and straight out. The man at reception spoke good English and he tried to give us a step free route but we got a bit lost and we were hauling our bags up and down steps for a while. Luckily a resident helped us out. I hope if we had landed late at night that we would have been shown to our top floor room.
