The sea view from the room itself, the balcony and the breakfast restaurant is something special. Staff was really nice, breakfast was rich and delicious, grocery, sea, restaurants, bus stops were in walking distance (although with a steep hike on the way back), room and balcony was spacious. Pool was also really nice. The cocktail bar was five star, the cocktails were prepared with unforgettable creativity and a heart.

Tenerife is an island where you typically take day trips to explore the adventures (whale & dolphin watching boat trips, Teide, Loro Park, Jungle park, aqua parks), yet the pool closed at 7 pm, so we could not enjoy the facility after a long and hot daytrip. I recommend to reconsider the opening hours. Also, there were really big new construction sites next door with a lot of noise, dust and road closures. I understand that this is out of control of the hotel but a warning ahead of reservation or at least ahead of arrival (or information on the website, booking.com, etc.) would have been a more proper solution.

Breakfast was great: varied pastries and breads, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, oats, cereals are provided. Also hot food like eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, beans… You can opt in for dinner anytime in Regency Restaurant for 25 €/person + drinks, great variety also (buffet table). Staff is kind as well and attentive. The view is absolutely astonishing! At night you can hear some music until around midnight (in October), neighborhood is quite lively but not too loud. Pool is around 25 •C. Room safe is 3€/day, parking 7€/day. Next to pool there is a nice little bar where you can also eat street food, salads, coctails, soft drinks.

Furniture is quite old in the standard rooms.

Amazing views. Huge outdoor area with the room. The breakfast had a great selection. Location was perfect, close to town but not too close. Pool was lovely and never too crowded either. Came for my partners birthday so added the birthday package, nicely surprised by the delicious cake and cava!

There was a coffe machine in the room, but no pods for it and they weren't sold in the shop in the resort either.

Loved everything about this property. Very spacious and clean, huge bathroom with a lovely bath and fantastic large high powered shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and had all Bosch appliances. The balcony was large and had a hot tub which was a godsend. The bed was very big, firm mattress but slept better than I have done in years. Really couldn’t fault this place, barely left the balcony in 8 days.

Great hotel, excellent facilities generally, didn't really need to travel anywhere, everything was on site, great room, comfortable beds, huge outdoor terrace, outstanding view, good room service, shop on site with all essentials, gym, room cleaned daily if required, not much to fault

The only real drawback was that the shower cubicle floor was flat and the drain slow which meant flooding the bathroom unless you were really careful, although there was a shower attachment over the bath which we used instead, would certainly not put me off visiting again but was an annoyance

The staff were exceptional! Professional, friendly and accommodating courteous to my partner whom uses a wheelchair.. The room was superlative, awesome views, very clean, spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights as we had hopped over from Gran Canaria where we live, to surprise friends. However it was enough for us to know we will be back. Onsite secure car park a huge bonus. Whilst we did not have time to use the facilities we did have a look and they were of an excellent standard. The breakfast was divine, a huge choice, hot and cold choices and very well presented.

Very well located hotel with great views and a lovely pool. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent.

The decor is a little tired and the entertainment could do with a refresh.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped for two people and the balcony and beautiful view exceptionally roomy. Everything was fine and comfortable. We had fresh towels every day and the bedding changed every alternate day. We were self catering so were not tied to the dining experiences of those with all inclusive or half board. It was nice to know we could have availed ourselves of those facilities if we had chosen too. The pool is fantastic as is the Aqua Restaurant.

We didn't like the option of paying for the safe. Very unusual. We had no ice cube tray for the freezer and were told,"they are a Euro at the shop" We had no tray to carry things from the kitchen to the balcony.

Lovely aspect with amazing views, the refurbished room was clean with good facilities, ours with a great hot tub. Helpful staff in reception and a very efficient cleaning service, swimming pool temperature was fantastic with crystal clear water.There are plenty of sailing trips available and restaurants in the resort when heading out to explore.

Resort improvements were in progress with groundwork ongoing outside the hotel, which was a small inconvenience, hopefully due to finish soon. It would be good if parking was available to pre book and extra choices to the Aqua restaurant menu with some creative options for veggie/vegan could be added.
