The design of the room and the hotel is nice. The idea of having different corners with different activities is nice. I think it’s worth to pay for the room with the balcony. The ocean is right in front of the hotel. The view is amazing. The location is very beautiful. Very close to Playa de la Arena. Parking is available in front of the hotel. An italian lady at the reception and a romanian one were very nice.

We only bought breakfast once and it was full of midges in the breakfast area and on the food (they are attracted to rotting food). Also while we were eating an employee came to us and insisted to buy some activities. Please don’t do that while people are eating.. And unfortunately we didn’t buy another breakfast The bed is cheap, just a mattress placed over a frame with no margins, so the mattress can easily move. If you are a sensitive sleeper, the pool music might wake you up. Starts at 9AM, anyway it’s chill music, so I could fall back to sleep. The cleaning: when we entered the room, we saw some hairs on the bathroom’s floor. The shower water was intermittent: either hot, either cold

Recent looking comfortable hotel with fantastic views to the ocean from the swimming pool. Lovely location for sun bathing with sunbeds, hammocks etc. A large towel can be obtained at the reception (10€ caution). I recommend a room with a balcony - overlooking the pool area. Large room with a nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Airco, small fridge and safe in the room. Comfortable mattress. Good breakfast. Several elevators in the building. Complimentary filtered water. Beach at walking distance, as well as shops, bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately not a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in one location close to the reception and on the balconies. Somewhat unusual is that the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days (incl. changing of the towels).

The hotel was nice, staff was amazing, helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillow, food was good- might have been actually more varieties of food on breakfast, it got bit tiring after 9 days here. And i love the mango virgin mojito- it was delicious!!!

We were pretty happy with everything. The only thing that was bit problem was the smoking in outside food area… as nonsmokers and me being pregnant it was not very comfortable eating while someone next to us was smoking (the smell goes also easily to the inner sitting area). It would be good to just not allow smoking when breakfast and dinner time as we were not the only ones feeling this way.

Everything this hotel was amazing first of all the staff was amazing the lady at the desk was so nice she couldn’t have done anymore for us and made sure our stay was nice , the room we had was beautiful the view to the sea was beautiful the beds are so comfortable the bathroom were spotless the room was spotless the tv had Netflix and YouTube witch was amazing for us we like to watch some telly this hospital over all was just amazing. I stayed in so many hotels on holidays and this hotel has been the best hotel I have ever stayed in , I am planning on going back to Tenerife for a few days not to holiday but to just chill out in this hotel and enjoy the views the room and the staff for relaxing time if you are going to Tenerife this is your hotel to stay it’s amazing hotel

We had an amazing stay at Sholeo Lodges! The staff was wonderful—extremely friendly and always ready to assist us in organizing excursions. The buffet was well-stocked, and there was always enough space to sit comfortably. My favorite meal was breakfast, thanks to the wide variety of sweet and savory options. For dinner, there were daily choices of two different meat dishes and two different fish options. The food was freshly prepared every day, and the quality was good. Perhaps a bit more creativity in the recipes would have been appreciated, but it was still enjoyable—especially considering the very reasonable price for a full meal (€16.50). We loved the lodge’s commitment to sustainable tourism and appreciated having the chance to contribute to this cause. After meals, guests were asked to separate their dishes, cutlery, and glasses and place their trays on a designated surface. This approach encouraged greater awareness of our behavior, which we found inspiring. Sadly, not everyone embraced this and some guests wasted large amounts of food, which was difficult to witness. The lodge also offered Pilates or yoga classes four times a week, free of charge. Chiara, the fitness instructor, was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed her lessons. Room service and towel changes were provided every three days, which we found perfectly reasonable.

I have only a few minor suggestions: there are two beautiful areas—the main hub near the reception and the "Feel Well" garden—that have great potential but aren’t utilized as much as they could be. It might be worth considering ways to make these spaces more inviting or engaging for guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Sholeo Lodges!

I want to start by saying that this was our first such experience: We checked into a brand new hotel for the first time, which opened its doors two days before our arrival! We were worried and worried, but all doubts disappeared as soon as we entered the territory! Beautiful, perfectly clean, tidy, polite staff. Insanely hospitable people, it was a pleasure to live with you, honestly! I also want to thank you for your repeated help, there were quite a lot of questions about the taxi, the pharmacy... They immediately gave answers, searched for the necessary information in Google and shared it with us - it could not leave anyone indifferent! Delicious and varied cuisine, buffet - choose what you want, there is also a restaurant - order and enjoy life! The bar is a separate pleasure - there is everything! And the view is a separate courage, almost from any point of the hotel and from all rooms there is a view of the ocean and the neighboring island! They worried about us throughout the whole vacation and asked if we needed something, if the water in the pool was normal - a buzz! Easy check-in, access to the room by code, no cards for you! Perfectly decorated, comfortable and beautiful rooms with a balcony! I want to praise and praise! Thank you all for such a wonderful vacation, we will definitely come back to you and advise our friends! PS My heart was touched when I saw that you can check into the hotel with your four-legged friend! Super!

Good location, sea and mountain together, quiet area, nice staff specially Dani, rich breakfast, varied but the same every day, great pilates and yoga activities in the morning, clean pool, relaxation area at the back perfect for quiet evenings

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired at check-in, hair everywhere on the floor, the beds are not comfortable, it was double beds, there are only 2 small beds that keep falling apart overnight

Nice and modern facility, very nice staff and great view on the sea and pool from the hotel room and from the terrace. Because it is on the hill you don't see all the other construction around which is quite nice. Great price on the food and drinks in the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds.

No parking so need to park on the hilly road outside can be difficult on high season. Diner at the hotel was not the best part although price is good value for money, loads of fried things and all fishes were overcooked. Last thing more related to our stay: the person at the reception on our third night was really rude and not nice at all which is quite different to the rest of the staff... Very cold toward customers and when we needed a refill of shampoo and waited for over 30min to get it why she mentioned it would come soon she almost made us feel we were responsible for not waiting enough and she has nothing to do with it... she also seemed to be chasing us directly, not in a nice way to be returning the hair dryer we had borrow...

Fantastic location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice pool. Breakfast was very good and well worth paying for as it had a lot of choice and we never left hungry. Room was modern, clean and cosy.

It would have been nice to have coffee facilities for guests. Whether that be in the room or the coffee machine in the dining area. Room cleaning was every 3 days which was maybe a bit too long. Every other day would have been better

Very clean and well-maintained hotel, friendly and helpful staff, 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast also was good for its price. We enjoyed our stay!

Sometimes it was disturbing that our neighbours smoked on the balcony and we had to close the balcony door. I’d prefer smoking areas for the people who’s smoking.
