Good location, in quiet street. Hotel is modern,a good size-not too big and rooms are really spacious; although fairly basic were nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We found the rooms to be nice and quiet. It was good there was a fridge in the room and a kettle which we appreciated even though we were AI, often prefer to have tea and coffee in the room. This is a good standard 3 star hotel. Staff are lovely and very helpful apart from only two we encountered, but you can get that anywhere. The hotel put on an amazing Hogmany party with great entertainment and fabulous band who we had heard there earlier in the week, which both my partner and I really enjoyed-thank you.

Reasonable choice in buffet and always something to have, but food was Luke warm at best and needs to be kept hot. The ridiculous €1 deposit for a plastic drinking tumbler to be reused and carry about is annoying. This is supposed to be an eco measure which I appreciate, however these should be replaced and offer of different type of glass, eg wine glass, not everyone wants to drink wine from a beaker.It seems more to ensure guests order one drink at a time and return tumblers to bar to save tables being cleared and tumblers being washed frequently, not sure how hygienic that actually is.

It was our fourth stay in Puerto Santiago, but first time in this hotel .great hotel, nice clean rooms , very nice swimming pool , plenty of sunbeds , bar by the swimming pool, perfect location close to the beach and restaurants, nice food we had only breakfast but there was nice choice of hot and cold food , very nice staff We would stay again

The only thing for guests that are not all inclusive is that it would be great to have a microwave , plates, cutlerry, etc. in the room , there's nice coffee machine and kettle , no smoking aloud on the balcony

Great location! Few minutes away from playa de la arena beach (black volcanic sand thats soft) Great value for money would be an understatement! We went all inclusive for €70pp/day Id say thats more then a bargain for 3 meals, 2 snacks and reusable cups for local drinks. Food is above decent for 3 stars, everything we tried was tasty. Staff is amazing and I wasn't expecting entertainment in the evenings so here is a shoutout to Ruben who's bingo and karaoke nights wwere so fun that the second left us voiceless and to Brian who made us some lovely Brian's signature cocktails. Reception staff was more then amusing and welcoming so Id like to thank them too for the birthday lollies I found in our room when we checked in.

The breakfast was good, everything you would expect. The dinner was good and not the same every night. The location is great, right by the beach, a bus stop and a convenience store.

My room did not get sun on the balcony because it turned to the north and the mountain blocked the morning sun. I would have paid more to get sun on the balcony so it would be good to have that in the description for the room. But the hotel, location, food, staff was great, everything was great.

We had breakfasts and dinners and was delicious, There were various kinds of vegetables, fruits, fish, side dishes, and more and more, good drinks, and coffee to choose from, pleasant staff, nothing was missing.

The only thing that bothered me was the two beds pushed together instead of one double bed, so they kept moving apart. Also, the restricted times when the pool and gym were open, but that's probably the case everywhere. Every day was a challenge to find a parking spot.

Great hotel with good price. Nice rooms, quiet place. Good daily activities. Nice continental breakfast. Clean pool with plenty of chairs. Very close to the sea, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Bus stops around, also not hard to find a parking place for your car around the hotel. Reception 24/7

The location was perfect and in a quiet location. The staff were all really helpful and attentive. There was an issue with our shower not working when we arrived but this was fixed immediately. We enjoyed the food and there was plenty of choice. We would stay again. Thank you

Loud evenings heard from Los Gigantes Hotel. The night ceremonies were loudly heard from Los Gigantes hotel. Luckily not every evening. But Los Gigantes Hotel should respect other hotel's silence and not shout to the microphone (they call it as a party???) the whole night from their terrace.

The evening meal needs a better variety of food but what was served was delicious!
