Central location nicely refurbished

Air conditioning wasn't working properly and rooms were very hot as sign on windows reccomended not opening them because of mosquitos

Everything or almost was perfect. The rooms are spacious and confortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. The hotel is central. I still can’t believe that their menu with drinks included is so cheap and it was certainly decent. It also has to be noted that the hotel was quite. Finally, I appreciated the fact I could leave a luggage for five days, the time for me to do some hicking around the island.

There was no toilet paper in my room and I think that the price of the room could include the breakfast.

Perfectly located central hotel, an easy walk from the ferry terminal and within moments of all the bars and restaurants in the charming town of San Sebastian. Only 3 minutes' walk to the beach as well. Room had a pleasant view of the tower which gives the hotel its name. Very clean, decent rainfall shower and an excellent, filling breakfast.

The loo paper is obviously made of some sort of recycled material and wasn't the nicest. That is the worst thing I can say about this otherwise splendid little hotel!

Central position, clean and spacious room, bed comfortable. Booked a more expensive room overlooking park which was quiet. Rooms at front may be not so quiet?

Used by large tour groups so impersonal. Breakfast experience was not great, arrived to find tables uncleared after tour groups, insufficient staff to clear tables and replenish the buffet. Coffee from machine was poor, cold meats low quality, rolls good.

For us, this hotel is very convenient stopover location for catching the early ferry to Tenerife. The room was well equipped, very clean and bed was comfortable. It is located at the centre of San Sebastien, so is close to cafes and restaurants. For us it is in good location being within walking distance of the bus station and the ferry terminal.

The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment so many of the facilities were closed.

Nice location in the centre. Friendly staff. Near to shops restaurants, 10 mins walk to ferry. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to catch early ferry. Comfortable room and bed. Clean and utilitarian. We asked for a kettle and got one.

No parking so we had to find a place nearby. Not a huge problem, but could be if one stayed longer than 1 night as parking is restricted.

We were greeted with a warm welcome,and very friendly and accommodating front of house staff. The room was big and had a great park view, with sliding shutters.. The roof top terrace was very well appointed with sun loungers, parasols, and accessible toilets and showers.. A fantastic vista in the day and night..You even get to see the illuminating Christ levitating in the distance..

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities..

Really excellent hotel and great value for money. Delicious breakfast’s right in the heart of St Sebastian- will definitely come back. Loved La Gomera. Wonderful December weather too!

If room had kettle and tea and coffee would have been given six stars!

Spacious room with excellent bathroom - very clean. Convenient central location backing on to attractive park with historical tower.

Food at breakfast plentiful, but quality was not great. Did not realise could not have dinner on Christmas Eve because had not booked half board (but found good restaurant nearby). Disappointed that advised there was plenty of free onstreet parking nearby, without the warning tht it was likely to be full, plus underground car park nearby is dangerous since a van is often parked in the entry lane. It would have been helpful to point us in advance to the area north of the hotel where parking is easier (10 minutes walk away) and to explain that the hotel is in a pedestrian area.

Good hotel, I had a modernized room compared to my previous stays. I also had a delicious dinner in the evening, and am very impressed with the food, presentation and staff - very enjoyable thank you

I cannot fault my stay. There was some renovation work being done to the ground floor on 28/12/23 yet it didn't disturb me in my room at all
