Great location near Port Montenegro and close to Tivat airport.

The interior of the room is somewhat outdated. We had an early flight, so we couldn't have breakfast. The breakfast boxes were promised but not delivered. The entrance to the hotel is located in the backyard of the restaurant, where dirty dishes and garbage are visible. There is no elevator, which can be an issue when carrying luggage to the 3rd floor; no assistance was provided by the staff.

Generally, the stay in Astoria was beyond my expectation. First of all, they upgraded our room to superior suite with amazing sea view, from the living room and the bedroom! Secondly, the staffs were very nice and helpful~ especially the receptionists. (I don't remember the name of the girl who checked in for us. She's the sweetest hotel staff I've ever met! ) The food in their hotel restaurant was so delicious. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. I still miss the seafood risotto there~

There's one thing that disappointed us a bit. When we checked in, we were told that the hotel restaurant offered 20% discount to their guests. However, when we asked for the bill and the 20% discount, the waitor said we had to show them room card before hand, which we didn't know. We kind of had some argument about that and paid for full price. Even though the money wasn't that much, we were very upset about the rule. Anyway, after a while, the receptionist came to our room and returned the money to us. So it wasn't that bad, but I think they need to inform the guests more details about the discount. In places we traveled, it never happened before.

For me it was awesome stay overall. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, the room is spacious enough and very clean. The bathtub is huge and gives you a tone of relaxation after difficult days if you have some :) I would be happy to come back there if I will stay in this city again

The breakfast is pretty much good selection of regular restaurant menu. Quite tasty, but unfortunately the real state of what you will receive is not the same you were told on reception. For example, you receive the rule which says that you can combine different dishes but in reality I was not able to do this, the restaurant staff restricted. Anyway it was tasty enough :)

I loved my room! Very comfortable with a good bed, separate sitting room and a nice bathroom. Loved the balcony! The ladies of Hotel Astoria were for me what made my stay so fantastic! The 2 Anđela's, Ana,Jelena helped me out with things to see, restaurants and everything really. Marco thanks for fixing my phone!

The carpeting in the apartment. Time to remove that! The waiters in the restaurant were very slow. A smile and Good morning would have been welcome! Although I enjoyed the two musicians in the evening...until midnight it was too late. Also two nights in a row, the same songs! It was clear that the owners priority was the restaurant. Not the hotel paying guests!

No elevator, the team was so helpful and took my luggage when I arrived but when I left the room for check out I did it alone, 3.5 floors with 2 begs and a luggage which was not easy. In addition to that, I forgot something in the room during my stay so I went all the way up and i was surprised to see hotel staff in my room. They were nice and offer me a coffee in the meantime while they finish to fix whatever it was (I wasn't complained anything so I really don't know what it was) but it was a shock for me to see them in my room with all of my stuff all over.

The location of the hotel is great! So nice to walk out and see the promenade next to the sea right away. It was easy to walk into town too for markets, banks etc. The hotel staff was lovely, helpful, very friendly and welcoming!

The lighting in the room could be better. It's not a big deal, but I would have appreciated that. It just felt a little dark in there in the evening.

Convenient waterfront location. The receptionists Angela and Jelena were helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was a-la-carte only, rather than buffet. The mattresses on the beds were hard. The hotel has no swimming pool.

The location of the hotel and the room view was perfect! The breakfast was exceptional, with freshly squeezed juices available. The staff in the hotel is very friendly, Marko was very much admired by our kids.

At the time of the reservation, we pointed out that we wanted a room on the first floor, but our room was on the second floor.

LOCATION IS GREAT, ROOM SIZE AND FACILITIES ARE NICE

HEATING WAS VERY POOR .ROOM SHOULD HAVE BLANCKETS REGARDLESS OF THE SEASON AND A SPECIALY IN WINTER IF A HOTEL IS OPEN ALL SEASON

Very central hotel, directly facing the seafront (bay of Kotor). Very efficient air condition. It was very hot and my room directly under the roof, still air condition worked perfectly fine. The restaurant in the Hotel is also recommendable. Very good breakfast a la carte and was included in the price. Very comfortable bed.

Equipment was not new but still o.k. There was no fridge in the room and there was no place for a desk, which is helpful when traveling for work.
