Exceptional From the moment you enter the property you realize this was the best choice. Very well located in udon city center. All staff members from front office to restaurant and housekeeping and security are very professional helpful and friendly. The room is spacious clean comfortable with superb bedding of quality. Nice bathroom with all amenities . Extremely comfortable and quiet. The restaurant serves great meals and the buffet breakfast has a variety of both Asian and western cuisine. Very well presented and delicious. De Princess is a fabulous hotel. We shall return. Thank you.

The only thing I would criticize is the breakfast.I am European and would have liked bacon.The Thai breakfast did look extremely good though and You can have omelettes to Order.it is a minor criticism as I don't usually bother having breakfast in a Hotel.

The hotel and staff are very welcoming with help at the door with your bags. There is a ramp for wheelchair users as well. The whole hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. The swimming pool is large enough to swim in and it has a jacuzzi at one end. A small gym is also in the same area. The evening meal in the restaurant was very tasty with plenty of choice. Everything for our stay was of a very high standard. All the staff are very capable and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. You will find it hard to find a better place to stay.

I recently booked a stay for my parents at De Princess Hotel Udonthani, and they were impressed from the moment they arrived. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a modern minimalist style, blending luxury and warmth perfectly. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable with a soft bed. All the necessary amenities are provided, including a TV, work desk, refrigerator, hairdryer, and a very clean bathroom with a safe. The water pressure is great, and everything you need is available. - The breakfast is also fantastic, offering a wide variety of both Thai and Western options, all of which tasted better than expected. - The staff is friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. - The location is very convenient, being close to Central Udon, UD Town, and the airport, making it easy to eat, shop, and travel.

The hotel is a bit on the older side, and some areas could use a little refreshing. For instance, the carpets and some of the furniture in the common areas looked a bit worn out. Despite this, the overall comfort and service far outweighed these minor details.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. The room was quite big, comfortable and clean. The WIFI is working well as well as the air conditioning. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The possibility to park the car in the building opposite to the hotel was a good option.

We would have prefered to pay in THB directly at the reception of the hotel at our arrival whereas the price of the night was immediatly charged in THB by the hotel / booking.com from our credit card with additional costs from the banks, at the end it has costed us more than the price shown on booking.com

This was my first time going to Udon Thani and we picked this hotel behind their photos in bookings. It looks clean and comfy. When we arrived the room, everything looks exactly what I saw from bookings! I love the bed - very comfy. The room is clean and spacious. Bathroom was great with just right water pressure and water temperature. We got all facilities that we need. In summary, this hotel is great!

The only cons of this hotel would be a TV signal which was quite weak. Lots of channels are listed but in reality we couldn't watch all or sometime we were watching but suddenly the signal was lost. But the rest of services, all were amazing.

I can not imagine a better hotel for such reasonable price. Everything was far beyond expectations. I will look no further but stay in this hotel, when I visit Udon Thani next time. Room was big, clean, comfortable, well illuminated. The wifi signal was strong. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. If you don't mind walking 15-20 minutes, UD Town, nightmarket, Nong Bua lake and Thai-Chinese Cultural Center are easily reachable on foot. I suggest Grab app. for visiting faraway tourist attractions.

There is not much to do or see in the vicinity of the hotel.

You are going to want to book a mid level hotel in udon thani but I think you should spend a couple of extra bucks and treat yourself to Deprincess. It was LUXURY. The bed and bedding was incredibly soft. I paid extra for a bathtub with no regrets. There were bathbombs for sale at reception. Every detail was carefully planned and I am so grateful for the kindness of the front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was huge with many options. Everything was clean and delicious and amazing. 10/10 worth every penny. I had been traveling for many months and this restored and renewed me in a way other hotels were not able to.

Super clean and lovely room. Comfortable, cool, nice bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and the laundry service outstanding - I asked for express service as I needed it back that day, but they still only charged normal rates. And I got an early check in at 6am for an additional 50%.

Maybe the only thing is the rooms are not particularly sound proof, there was some road and traffic noise.

Spacious room, great bed and bed linen. Hotel staff exceptional. The WiFi in my room didn't work. Within 15 mins someone came to investigate. It did take a few hours to resolve, but staff were most apologetic. I was the only person in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were attentive, the food very good.

The gym is very basic. The hotel is a bit far from anywhere interesting, especially if you're on foot. I couldn't find any interesting restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the area is a bit iffy. A girl on a motorbike stopped and offered to drive me back to the hotel, concerned I was walking alone.
