The staff was excellent

It said sea view but it was showing as partial. So I was disappointed. The owner never answered my last question regarding staying one more day in the room, and it shows sea view but I barely could see the anything. When we tried to stay another day in different room we were able to have the entire view and then we enjoyed more.

Location is good, people are really friendly and breakfast is nice. Bed was big.

The bathroom was full of water because of some leak, the host did not react. Pool was not open, there is not “wellness centre” only a sauna that is not attractive. These tings should be updated.

Not a quite environment, housekeeping making noise in the floor between 10-12PM. Renovation work in a room at same floor with workers playing laud music and conversation noise.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent stay at this so-called "hotel." From the beginning, my experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I am compelled to share my grievances in the hope that no one else has to suffer through a similar ordeal. Upon our arrival at 4:30am, we were greeted by deafening music blaring from the terrace below our apartment, making sleep impossible. I had to call the reception twice, and it wasn't until around 5am that the music finally stopped. Sleep should be the most basic expectation when booking a hotel room, but it seems even that was too much to ask for here. To add insult to injury, we discovered that our room was not managed by the hotel but was privately owned. This critical piece of information was conveniently left out during the reservation process. As a result, the hotel staff washed their hands of any responsibility for issues we encountered, directing us to contact the owner instead. The second night brought no respite, as a disturbingly loud and continuous noise from the electric panel in our room started around 4am, accompanied by the sudden illumination of the emergency light. Once again, we were robbed of our sleep. The hotel claimed this was an external issue affecting the entire establishment, but they offered nothing – not even a complimentary breakfast – to compensate for our immense discomfort. Furthermore, the reservation advertised a swimming pool, but upon arrival, we found it closed and under renovation. This deceitful practice is just another example of the hotel's complete disregard for their guests' expectations. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how much I discourage anyone from staying at this establishment. It is a travesty that they are even listed on booking.com. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else – anywhere else.
