The hotel is brand new. The opening was just on 9th June 2022. The hotel territory is massive and just needs a bit of time for grass growing. The hotel has spacious rooms, a nice restaurant, a very good size swimming pool and a kids pool as a play area. The food was very tasty, a lot of vegetables, a big variety of sweets. The drinks as wine, beer and spirits were really good. The staff are perfect, mainly Ukrainian ladies. We loved them for their kindness and attention. The bar guys were also perfect. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location, a lot of greenery around, just 5 min walk to the sandy beach, the small shops are just 5 min walk. The area is quiet all day, just in the evening there is a very loud club with Bulgarian singers and noise lasts 9pm to 11pm, so if you are an early sleeper don't ask for the room with a pool view. The small let down was that some things were missing as hooks for the towels in a bathroom, no iron and already some door locks were broken in a ladies toilet. Also would be lovely to have porridge and cold milk for breakfast. All in all we loved our holidays. If any time back to Bulgaria, we would choose this hotel. We would like to thank all the staff for the hard job and wish this hotel to prosper.

Tasty food. Very clean and rooms with modern furniture. Good location. Nice and kind staff.

Not enough tables in the restaurant for all the guests during meal times. Also the plates are not enough and you have to wait for new clean ones to be restocked.

The staff were polite and happy to assist us when we had issues with the shower. The hotel is close to the beach and the main street. Great for families with young kids. The pool was really good size and there were always sunbeds available.

I wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel. The intention is there but the facilities, cleanliness and food quality are not up to a standard. Also (nothing to do with the hotel) there is a pop folk/chalga restaurant with life performance every night until 23:00 so for someone who hates this type of music was a bit of a torture.

The property was good, it was clean (daily room cleaning and robes change), it is very close to the beach and the staff was very friendly.

The food was not good at all. I did not think it is possible to mess scrambled eggs. From our 6 night stay we ate at other restaurants 3 of the evenings and twice during lunch. Also there was almost no variety of the food - chicken drumsticks were served 4 days (with ‘different’ sauce). And on our last breakfast there wasn’t any butter… The alcoholic drinks are as expected - watered down, but ok.

Unalcoholic drinks are just very sweat lemonades... we misse dthe fresh juice and not sparkling water. The bathroom and balcony was stinky by smokers.
